Purchased a postpaid SIM from @ViCustomerCare, it should be activated within 15 minutes. Still, the network does not appear even after a whole day has passed

@ViCustomerCare Sorry Deepika. Your team isn't able to reach a number - a Vi number at that - over a 5/6 day period as a part of cust service. Don't you think there is a problem on your side? How would you rate yourself for this level of service?

Worst service in case of sim portability, I opt for mobile network portability from vi to airtel but now after 3 days my Vi network @ViCustomerCare is gone but my airtel @airtelindia sim is not activated. i have tried to call airtel customer care but no response.
