  I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I received a call from your team yesterday. I was informed that a site visit had already been completed. I reminded your representative that your engineer had assured me a new site would be installed and the issue would be resolved within 15 days.

  @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone, i have experienced worst service by your team never recommend to anyone. My account has been suspended for no reason and reactivation is not happening. Worst customer service i have ever seen

  @ViCustomerCare I was sent a bill of 14450 but later i was told it was indeed 18980. My services were barred so i had to pay the bill even though my case was under investigation. Worst service provider who is looting the customer
