@ViCustomerCare Poor network coverage in my village and data speeds are more horrible. No any support from VI after complaining. Network works on power supply and no any power back up incase of power failure.

@ViCustomerCare I have a prblm on my vi sim and it's happening from last 2 months.. I have enough main blnc and validity on my sim but there is some issue in sim so not even a single msg can't be send, all msg couldn't send. I also updated msg center number but facing same issue.

@ViCustomerCare I purchased the postpaid sim recently with 699 plan the internet speed is too slow whereas VI admit that VI internet speed too fast (Giganet) as compare to other mobile telecom company that is false.
