    @ViCustomerCare In DM you haven't responded to problem. The problem is I have done all that but no improvement. Net is worst in daytime.Particularly from 11am to 5pm.This is the time when electricity is gone in our area and worker at the tower is not turning on generators to run towers properly.

    @ViCustomerCare They are stealing Diesel. and that is the main reason behind internet failure. Please make your senior officers and concerned authority to look into this matter with immediate effect. Our area people are facing this problem for one month apprx. Otherwise we have no option but to
