    @ViCustomerCare Well, Sandeep, I called your Vi Customer Care and they said your postpaid systems are down and will be up by 10 pm. My problem is with my SIM card; it went dead immediately after I received an SMS stating my SMS services have been activated. If you can fix that, great.

    What if the customer don't know how to read the messages or illiterate and the Vi is deducting the money from them with these unnecessary subscriptions causing the balance to be deducted @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I was charged 50 rupees for sim upgrade from 3g to 4g in one of VI service centre in kotdwara uttrakhand najibabad road. I just want to know if VI is really charging for sim upgrade in their own service centres ?
