    @ViCustomerCare @share_books Looks like they have faced huge backlash. Now outgoing sms is allowed for Rs 49, 79, 95 recharges and also service validity of 28 days brought back on Rs 48 recharge. Am i right, @ViCustomerCare?

    The worst service ever of VI, there are lots of calls m messages b4 doing recharge an giving offers for callertunes n etc, Bt after doing recharge all things aren't available for customers. So I request all please dont recharge for VI. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Complaint launched for balance cut of ₹25 and ₹3 is still not solved. Money still not get reverted. Com. No:- GUJ-V00538095719. Please do needful to get that money back from this fraud or cheat. And make DND for future. It is used in simple keypad phone.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing frequent no network issue at my place from few months. 4G coverage is too bad and it often come down to E in afternoon. 4G plans are of no use unless you provide reliable 24*7 4G services. Place :- ITI Mankapur
