    @ViCustomerCare Since yesterday I am having complete network blackout . Went to VI store . They were helpless as they said it is from server we cant handle this. Worst network And customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare did a recharge for 295/- to activate the roaming pack on 16th January. Neither the recharge done nor the amount refunded.. Multiple attempt made to u r roaming toll free number which is not working anymore....!!!!!!!!!!? What type of service is this!!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare It hurts when Vi could not solve my outgoing SMS problem for last more than 3 months. I have left no stone unturned in trying to solve my outgoing SMS issue. Shameful for Vi for such a disgusting service.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare On of tha poor service provider company My SIM was not working since 11 Jan 2022 and I have made so many complaints regarding my issue, but VI didn't provide solutions till now, and still I am paying my bills.
