    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to deactivate VoLTE from simcard bcz I am getting ping issue I called So many times but They tell me to deactivate it from my phone , I already tried that If it needs calling for VoLTE activation why calling again won't deactivate it

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care I have seen ever. I have visited the store twice for postpaid to prepaid migration and called customer care, raised few complaints, mailed twice but still prepaid conversion was not done. I'm Going to do MNP with airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare you are a fraud company.. whose network is zero ..No 4g signal in the capital of jharkhand... It's been 2 days.. being a covid volunteer I am unable to help people because I can't make calls , as using sim of your company which has no signal
