    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes Vi is 2g internet service provider not of 4g Vi charge for 4g but provides 2g network

    The sim was activated after contacting customer care but again today Vi restricted calls and internet. I m facing these issues frequently. Not happy with the service in last 20 days they have deactivate my number 3 times instead of multiple address verification @ViCustomerCare

    As per @ViCustomerCare complain will be resolved by 9dec 10.53 but still it is not in service such as a very bad experience you don’t care about value able customers
