    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Is something wrong with your network. For the last week bad network everywhere. Lot of call drops. Have a dial 3 to 4 times to get through to someone’s phone. What’s going on ?

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare I have complained not once but 3 times, but the net is slow, I am crazy, I am complaining again and again, today I have both my sims, both postpaid and prepaid. Like you, I am useless, every time I tell, I complain, you are shameless

    @ViCustomerCare How can I stop receiving calls from VI customer care. Your team has been calling every 10 minutes to check why I have decided to port out. I informed that this is also one of the reason that the customer service team is pathetic.

    You have suddenly stopped my sim card services without any prior notice. And even after that, when I was asking the solution of this problem, You @ViCustomerCare taking my query lightly. What is this behavior? This sim card is registered with my mother's name.

    @ViCustomerCare been running from pillar to post to get my primary number removed from the family plan. So tired of poor network that requested store in Ajmer to exchange my sim to see if that helps before I port my 23 yr old vi number. But they can’t even change my SIM card !!

    @ViCustomerCare Very Pathetic service same as Pathetic Network. No resolution yet. @TRAI Request to kindly intervene and take necessary action against company for harrasment by deactivating running sim sinse so many years.
