    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare Duplicate sim card collected at 3pm today with TAT of 2 hours is still not activated even after 6 hrs and customer care asks us to wait another 14 hours to get the sim activated. Worst experience ever @TRAI All Vi connections which i have will be ported out

    We all are fed up of @Airtel_Presence service... If you will work on internet Speed, Trust me more than thousand of customer will port in @ViCustomerCare within a week

    What a pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS. Decade long use of Vodafone and so called Vi. What a downfall in services. Charged with ₹999/- Amazone prime membership without consent. Raised request to revert charges on 26th June. 30days later no solution but number

    @ViCustomerCare I still don't have answers to what happened. I got calls from 7 customer care agents and explained to everyone the same thing. No answer. Ridiculous.

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 3 days I am trying to change my Vi plan from REDx to other. But unable to. Highly disppointed. You did upgrade to REDx within 3 mins so why are you harrasing a customer who want to downgrade the plan.
