@VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

@ViCustomerCare How can I stop receiving calls from VI customer care. Your team has been calling every 10 minutes to check why I have decided to port out. I informed that this is also one of the reason that the customer service team is pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare been running from pillar to post to get my primary number removed from the family plan. So tired of poor network that requested store in Ajmer to exchange my sim to see if that helps before I port my 23 yr old vi number. But they can’t even change my SIM card !!
