@VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, why are you not providing free callertunes and why you charged for callertunes ?? Taking amount in the name of recharge so why callertunes not included in recharge pack ?? By this you make customer fool. I need proper clarification on this .
