    @VodafoneIN After your merger with @Idea your network has much problem. Calls do not connect, voice can’t be heard, network is not stable, sometimes our numbers are not existent when someone calls (Number does not exit). Please correct all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare I have experienced a worst service and customer support at your network. After too many complaints, but still get no solution. All complaints are closed by ur side without any solution. You are the worst network in india. And elyou don't care about any problem of your customer.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call from VI registered no. For change of plan and I gave my request to change plan. I was told it will take 2 hrs. But my no. Is not in service now. It's been almost 7 hrs. My no. Is not working. Its postpaid no. How the hell you guys work?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting same prblm again and again even after complaining for around 25 times. ur company is doing nothing just providing worst service and internet ever. I'm tired to speak with ur customer service they also don't provide proper service. shutdown ur vi asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, here my village Voipadi, Vijayamangalam railway station, Erode District - Pincode:638056 (Tamilnadu). 4g tower frequently switch off.Sometimes getting full signal.Sometimes no signal.unable to get internet. Please rectify the problem.
