    @ViCustomerCare Don't know why every time I have to call and complain about network Data speed. Vodafone's starts every time this Issues after Recharging Sim. This is so disgusting service

    @ViCustomerCare absolutely horrible service. Customer service asked me to upgrade my prepaid to postpaid for an esim. I took 3 connections. It’s been 8 days, my e-sim has not been processed on top of that the customer official asked me to visit today. And he was absent. Help.
