    @Idea @VodafoneIN what is happening to your services. It is showing 4G but I am not able to open a simple google in my browser. I am a postpaid customer of idea since 2010 but I think it’s time to switch. @JioCare any postpaid plans.

    @VodafoneIN My plan changed without my permission. Got message that i visited vodaphne store. I didn’t visited store. Major security concern but vodaphone customer care executive sayn they are working with limited staff will call back in 24 hour. @TRAI

    @iamsawan7 @VodafoneIN Yes it is. If you try to activate dnd, it won't allow you to proceed only. And worst thing is customer service. If you'll opt for talking to representative then also you'll end up with that bot only
