    @IndianTechGuide Instead of moving that yellow dot from bottom to top and spending million of dollars on logo change, best would have been spending that amount on Infrastructure to improve Network Coverage... @ViCustomerCare

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment as instructed, my postpaid to prepaid request is still unresolved. Constantly being redirected with no solution. Losing trust—moving to another network now. #CustomerExperience
