    @ViCustomerCare I have this constant problem of getting SMS. I have NOT opted for DND.I can't use Vi app, as I do not receive OTP. I recharged yesterday, no SMS. No intimations from my banks. Fed up with Vi. This started since V & I merged. Sent mail, but no answer. Help. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare how shameless company this is.Wanted to change from postpaid to prepaid plan but didn't cooperate When I tried to port to other company than this guys doing fake call & asking to cancel port request by acting as different company person I will complain to DoT

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI is providing poorer internet speed that promised. TRAI please take action against this. VI solve my network issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet has not been functioning properly for the last few days. Trouble making calls. It is very #difficult to get a call 5 to 10 times. shows the switch off when people put their phones #Dabli_Rathan (335801)
