    @ViCustomerCare I have given you DM asking how to recharge and such a 3rd class company with pathetic customer care dont even care to reply. Its better to sell away your company to some good people who care for the customers. @TRAI is not at all concerned. @DoT_India please see

    They're like our technical department will be calling you once the problem is resolved. So if they take around 15 days to resolve a problem they'll call me back after 15 days - Utter Nonsense (also fyi it's already 5 days) #Vodafonedown @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare received a message from+919883407732. It read: Dear Vi user Your SIM Card verification is pending Call customer care Support 9907391033 immediately. Your Vi SIM Will be Blocked 24Hrs. Team vi office. Is this genuine? Else please investigate and update
