    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues on my sim card for more than a month. I have spoken on customer care, visited vi stores, raised complaints on email and the app, still there is no resolution. I am facing issues since 10th June, please help.

    @ViCustomerCare I am your customer for 14 years, but to replace a lost sim you are asking me to run for days, multiple visits to your stores in different locations. No resolution even after Aadhar, PAN and submission. At least tell me what's going on!!

    @ViCustomerCare have visited store for changing Postpaid to Prepaid of my father (Age 64) Manager ( Mr. Omprakash) & CE ( Miss. Laxmi) saying that customer have to visit the store, given request letter to change but not accepted why? No support to Senior Citizen Really Shameful

    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Monika, Problem is, Vi VAS team called & irritated me in the past at this much level that majority of its number I have blocked. Also, now simultaneously I am unblocking it accordingly post missed call alert but no luck. Better pls arrange the visit of RF Tech team to my place

    @ViCustomerCare Number 1 bakwas irresponsible service, particularly postpaid sim delivery department. I have ordered a sim on 14th June, still it is not delivered and called Vi for more than 15 times and contacted through e-mail many times. No proper response.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Getting same issue once again. Really bad and third class service of VI. Too much annoyed with VI.@mangalam99 ask your management and technical team to intervene and fix it as since a one month I'm not able to use Data and Voice.
