    @idea_cares @VodafoneIN I am facing the issue of line getting disconnected the moment I pick up an incoming call. This is happening since more than 2 weeks now & I guess the problem is with the network itself. Kindly rectify the issue at the earliest.

    @VodafoneIN It has become very difficult to approach your customer care. I have been wrongly charged Rs 854 under miscellaneous expense in last month billing. Kindle get it reviewed and reverse the charge.

    Story of a struggling postpaid network! My @Idea network used to work well. After sum tym, only @VodafoneIN tower was shown, It showed full network but call in/out didn’t work. paid all bills. now they changed company name to #Vi, tower shows ‘Vi is here’ but still calls r not!

    @VodafoneIN What the hell is ‘Vi’? Where do you guys get silly ‘ideas’ from? The biggest mistake was to collaborate with ‘Idea’ post which quality of network has drastically fallen. Please go back to being ‘Vodafone India’.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare as per the latest news, Tariff is going to increase from 25th Nov. My current yearly unlimited plan of 2400 is going to expire on 6th Dec 2021, if i do the recharge of ₹1499 then from which date this recharge will apply? Please help 🙏🏻
