Visited Vodafone store Sion to resolve recharge fail through VIApp. Surprise to hear from staff for online recharge Store can’t resolve it, you have to contact Care or Email. Requested for Customer relationship person who suppose to handle Customer is on leave.@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I'm unable to browse anything. I have active plan worth of ₹839.00 . I stay near Borivali Railway Station East. The network range is full but still facing low internet speed. Even I need a hotspot to upload this tweet. A Big disappointment.

@ViCustomerCare Vowifi only two samsung models support Vi Vowifi? Jio supports all major manufacturers, Similarly Airtel support all brands for Vowifi. Vi only supports less than a dozen? Samsung A50 A505F only two models for Vi Vowifi? Its a Shame.
