@VodafoneIN ROFL quantify the timeframe you require. You've fined me for late payment please quantify the resolution time and then penalize yourself if you miss that time frame. Am sure you chicken shit won't do that.

@SubramaniamIy19 @reliancejio @JioCare I was with @airtelindia earlier and with @VodafoneIN since the last 15 years but neither has the kind of customer service that @reliancejio has. Can't tell you how impressed I am with the speed at which the issue was resolved and the follow up by @JioCare team members.

During the past 5 months, I have been charged additional data usage charges by Vodafone which is then reversed after numerous follow-ups as the excess data charges are done even on 50% pack usage. Such billing errors seems to be rampant with Vodafone Idea @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK
