    @ViCustomerCare Respect sir, One big scam by vodafone that unuse coupon voucher of retailer by voda not given any answer how company convert in to etop balance. More than crore ₹ unuse voucher in mumbai retailer but didn't bn give any solution to retailer. Request solve problem

    Requested #vodafoneidea for complete #dnd a month back, but still gtg a lot of msgs and calls which are disturbing. The problem is there is no continual accountability from @ViCustomerCare social media team and they are not allowing it to escalate. Seeking help @VodafoneGroup

    Hey @airtelindia, reps from @ViCustomerCare are calling me and misleading me to cancel my request for number port. @MumbaiPolice I have been called at least 20 times by their representatives and they are harassing me. Despite requesting them to stop calling.

    Even transfer from postpaid 2 prepaid, I was asked to come 2 times at the gap of 4 hours, pathetic service for transfer of plan within vodafone. Its much easier in Airtel @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India Pls don't put our money on them. Better 2 revive BSNL stagewise
