  @ViCustomerCare Today morning VI executive cheats me that due to high rise buildings there no network in my area But fact is that my location is in rural areas and there no any high rise building up to 10kms surrounding air distance. I m advise you for proper service.

  @ChandrusWeb Only need to change name and not cancel the broadband account. Fortunately, I managed to change phone and email ID to mine. @Airtel_Presence showroom says to cancel and take new connection. But I renewed it in October. @ViCustomerCare allowed name change on late father's SIM card
