    @ViCustomerCare My main acc bal has been auto-debited by ₹128 without any authorization from me on 26 Jan after expiry of my prev plan on 25 Jan & SR KOL-V00801846347 was raised for its deactivation, the SR has been closed bt the amt hasnt been credited back to my acc, plz help

    @ViCustomerCare I ordered for the new prepaid SIM card through your website and paid Rs 299 for one month pack. Your employee delivered the SIM Card same day and it was activated after calling 59059 but my pack not activated. Now no one is addressing my issue. Help.
