Dear @VodafoneIN, Nonetheless, you provide the worst service please have some courtesy to the customers who still use this crap telecom. If any person tries to reach customer care, then there might be some serious issue. Not interested in talking to the bot.

@iamsawan7 @VodafoneIN Yes it is. If you try to activate dnd, it won't allow you to proceed only. And worst thing is customer service. If you'll opt for talking to representative then also you'll end up with that bot only

@ViCustomerCare my number was suspended with NO warning. After full day of followup your cust care agent said I need to visit store as document issue. By that time store is closed as Pune has lockdown restrictions so can't visit. Docs were already verified. Still waiting.Pathetic
