    I understand why @VodafoneIN has reached this degradation, open one more store like the one in City Center, Bokaro Steel City and I bet you guys will be history. Such a bad service, I am visiting this store for 2 weeks now just to port my number from Corporate to personal.

    @VodafoneIN After getting the reply to DM in the morning, I've sent the screenshot, and now you guys come up with this same URL. And even in that DM still I haven't received any update. So literally you guys should shut down Vodafone.

    @iamsawan7 @VodafoneIN Yes it is. If you try to activate dnd, it won't allow you to proceed only. And worst thing is customer service. If you'll opt for talking to representative then also you'll end up with that bot only

    Dear @VodafoneIN, Nonetheless, you provide the worst service please have some courtesy to the customers who still use this crap telecom. If any person tries to reach customer care, then there might be some serious issue. Not interested in talking to the bot.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Same reply, rudely force me to recharge. While there is no network signal, why do I pay a minimum of Rs 179/-. Share UPC for porting. Don't waste time.

    Very disappointed @ViCustomerCare. I activated IR recharge after traveling to Mexico but still getting “No Service”. Your team asked for eSIM documents, I already submitted everything but still no eSIM or resolution. Please resolve urgently. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me if it is possible to simply call and speak to a human over there? The call numbers, phone numbers are expertly designed to trap the customer into an endless array of AI options. Is this intentional? do you not like speaking to your customers?
