  @ViCustomerCare Shortly? 14h later and no contact. I won't hold my breath! I still have a request for a senior staff member and retentions team to contact from last April to date; 30 customer service reps later and still no call. Vodafone India you are the worst mobile providers in the WORLD

  @ViCustomerCare how many times I need to tell you please activate complete dnd . Dnd status shows activated but daily ad calls come . Every time I tweet and customer agent asks for details but ultimately no solution.the Worst network.Bunch of idiots are there as customer service
