@iamsawan7 @VodafoneIN Yes it is. If you try to activate dnd, it won't allow you to proceed only. And worst thing is customer service. If you'll opt for talking to representative then also you'll end up with that bot only

MY ADVICE TO @ViCustomerCare :- Main Reason VI Customer porting their network is because they can't able to get incoming calls or messages if they do not recharge.If you can Drop this so it will be very good for those customers who are using VI as their secondary number.🙏
