    @VodafoneIN After getting the reply to DM in the morning, I've sent the screenshot, and now you guys come up with this same URL. And even in that DM still I haven't received any update. So literally you guys should shut down Vodafone.

    @iamsawan7 @VodafoneIN Yes it is. If you try to activate dnd, it won't allow you to proceed only. And worst thing is customer service. If you'll opt for talking to representative then also you'll end up with that bot only

    Dear @VodafoneIN, Nonetheless, you provide the worst service please have some courtesy to the customers who still use this crap telecom. If any person tries to reach customer care, then there might be some serious issue. Not interested in talking to the bot.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneProbs @rmstakkar one Mr Avinash Mum central VI gallery refuses to help.We have been paying Rs 320 pm since 4 yrs inspite of the No being inoperative on account of 2 gSim and the person refuses to issue 4g card. The No belongs to a 75 yr old Sr Citizen.

    @ViCustomerCare Terrible network in Vasco, Goa. Every 10 seconds and it shows as reconnecting. Earlier, it was one of the best. It's been happening for a month now.

    You just can’t reply on Idea Vodafone. Let the company shut down. This is the pathetic speed of the #4G frm @VICustomerCare. Even after many years they are not able to offer ‘satisfying’ speed of internet, let alone be good, better or best. Apathy is, they are talking about #5G.
