    @ViCustomerCare it's almost more than 7hrs, still the network problem is not resolved.. day by day your service is getting worst, it's better to migrate to different network..

    @sillyposts @ViCustomerCare It depends on who is picking up the request. I also got my issues resolved very quickly and sometimes they don't even bother to answer my queries. So I guess the support person has to ensure this and sometimes the relevant teams as well if issues are interlinked.

    @ViCustomerCare i had complained many times but no action has been taken . what is the use of expensive recharges if i am not getting a single network. i am very really disappointed with your services. i should file one rti .

    @ViCustomerCare More than 1 month without signal. I followed all the steps provided by u for international roaming but Im not able to access any network. I cant get any OTP and situation is getting worse instead my JIO number is working perfect. Can anyone help me to solve this?
