    So after Engineer visit at my place and continuous follow up for 17 days, for better calling experience @ViCustomerCare gave me solution to change my @Moto handset, as it is not available in @ViCustomerCare wifi calling handset list

    Last year I was a @ViCustomerCare user, then PORT OUT to @reliancejio @JioCare Now I realize #Vi has better customer retention plans than #JIO. Vi CCEs offered me lot of benefits to retain me when I was leaving, whereas JIO has NOTHING TO RETAIN. Vi - You were the Best! #PORTOUT
