  @ViCustomerCare After 20+ mins of struggle, I get to talk with a customer care executive and she says, cannot get my details in her system so call back after 1hr. Seems like customer issues are a joke to VI

  @ViCustomerCare My internet connection feels highly throttled down by giving bad SSL errors for sites. But after some time they work. But google, fb, youtube, etc never have any such problems... What's going on Vi?
