    @ViCustomerCare So I went to your Vi Customer Care Store that's located near Borivali station; and guess what? Your postpaid systems are down! I waited for half an hour but no joy! In the meantime, nobody from @ViCustomerCare has even bothered to tell me what exactly is the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Requested 2 revive old Voda sim, got new postpaid sim from ViStore Sec 50, Noida. It’s 6th working day, the sim hasn’t started. 1 man there, named Ritu Ranjan gave me contact no which is Switched Off since the day 1. Store is 10 km away. Is this a gud service ?

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Bad service and worst internet connectivity in 415614 pin location. Waste of money for recharge. Thinking to switch back to Airtel.
