    @ViCustomerCare Just to get it out there, the Customer Service I have always received from 3 Mobile, then Vodafone and now Vi is leaps and bounds above @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence . They always get back to me on very short notice and on call. Also they are the most economical.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, My sms services have stopped working since 7 pm yesterday. I have tried a lot of things but none of them helped. I have followed whatever customer care asked me to do still the problem remains. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare very very disappointed with you. I'm can't even send an SMS. You've charged many times for the services I never applied for. Can't call to 198 or 199. Can't connect to your customer care in VI app. This is disgusting. 😡
