    @ViCustomerCare Customer for 15+yrs. Every 6months I've to ask for a discounted plan. I've been charged additional for 2months due to this, & the excess for 1month only has been refunded. Waiting for response, I missed payment for the latest bill by 12hrs. #portout is option.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare After been ur customer for 14 yrs now, i have decided to port to @airtelindia If you can't offer good service and offers to such an old customer there is no need to stay with u now. Thanks for all these wonderful years
