    @ViCustomerCare my friend having problem with sms service .he can't sms to anyone. He tried 198 also ,can't connect properly. so kindly look into this.

    Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI

    @ViCustomerCare I generally recharge with 49 rupees plan to keep my SIM card active, not sure suddenly for the plan and other plans which comes under 100 rupees "OG Messages" are removed. I am really dissatisfied with your service.
