    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to make any calls by your ****** sim card. did everything restarted the device , ejected the sim and even changed my device , solve my issue no matter what or i have no choice.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to know info on moving my phone to prepaid & ur customer care is just not providing it. Am I not in my rights to opt for prepaid? They are asking me to visit your store? In that case I would rather move to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare more than 8 times my complaint related to voice cracking and call drop issue is closed but still I am facing same issues with no improvement so don't even call me i will definitely port out this number into Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks. But I still don’t understand. Why one set of numbers on one family plan is facing the issue. My son is on a separate family plan and his works fine. 24 hours is a long time for it not to be sorted. And what is the issue? Why no transparency?? @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare I am not getting network, data is not working & when I asked for miss call alert then vi refuse to give. So why am I paying to vi. @TRAI these N/W provider didn't care about your norms pls look into it.

    @ViCustomerCare Wanted to Port , But unable to send SMS , And as per Govt Rules For Port Sms we dont require Sms Pack. Still I did 99/- Recharge but that was also without SMS pack. Tried customer service, they are unable to help, Please Help me getting UPC number for the same.
