    @ViCustomerCare from last one month problem in data connection at tata motors car plant chikhli pune . issues not solve yet . mostly member port airtel from our company.pls solve issue asap.

    They are just putting unnecessary burden on customers. I had to activate my UPI and for the verification, I had to recharge with this amount. @ViCustomerCare this was my last recharge. Thank you for your service.

    @AishitJain @ViCustomerCare Yes even i did the same today..Now flooded with Calls i was thinking of porting this weekend .. but u guess I need to do it earlier...tooo many calls incoming..I think we took right decision to move out of such a spamming network..

    @ViCustomerCare to convert prepaid to postpaid, local store charged me 300 INR. Checked with customer care, they said no charge. Then checked the local store, they said, they will adjust that amount in upcoming bill after 6 months. They are not responding now.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India So the concerned Vi store called me (just him and me on call) and he told that Charges for getting duplicate sim is now increased to 150 from 50 Rs. He also said since last week only and even Vi customer care is not aware about it. Kindly verify this
