    @ViCustomerCare Still no update after 3 days. The promised 12–24 hour SIM delivery seems to have turned into an indefinite wait. Should I take this as a hint to cancel the port request and switch to @reliancejio instead?

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?

    I am @ViCustomerCare user but it's network service is so poor that it can't be shared on net because to do so you need a working net connection and it will not provide it so can go for a complaint.

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Does @ViCustomerCare really want to attend this issue? (1) Asking qued one after other, leading nowhere. Infact same questions can be asked at once (2) Now questions are repeating. Can there be a direct call?
