@ViCustomerCare I raised request for new sim thru myvi portal which was showed as both the SIM and delivery charges are free. But at the time delivery the delivery guy demanded money and the way of response is very rude.

@ViCustomerCare suddenly deactivated my number by reason of churned documents verification, as i rcvd msg i cld customer care and they said relax here is nothing on our system...now visited vi store for it so they said u loosed ur rechrg and validity and u loosed ur sim
