    When I use @ViCustomerCare network usually i thinks am i in 2010 or 2021 in networking era. Worst connection, worst network, company will surely bankrupt. @DoT_India @rsprasad I request telecom department to kik such bakvas company out of India. #vodafone #Vinetwork

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.

    @ViCustomerCare I tried to upgrade to RedX plan and system said it will be done in 30 minutes. I was waiting till now unless Vontact Center guys told that it was auto-cancelled. Refer complaint no: C004-115273169066 and expedite solution so that I can get upgrade to RedX Plan.

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares be it Vodafone Idea & Airtel. Present operator disconnected my phone and past operate did not bother to update final outstanding of only Rs 98.99. Now what customer is suffering with outgoing calls barred. Thank you both
