@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone India seems to be doing full fraud with customers. Yesterday my 5G was working. Today morning it stopped. I did a 5G recharge thinking that’s the reason it’s not working. Now they’re saying it is not in my area. Then how was it working yesterday and now even my 4G is not working. #VODACOM #vodafoneidea #vodafonefraud

Hey @ViCustomerCare we are unable to call any tollfree no. starting 1800180. The call simply won't go through. Other toll free no like 180020xx etc are fine. Same problem was faced in 2020 which was resolved after many complaints. Hope this time you solve it soon. Pls help.

After 13 years using my VI number i am force to Port my postpaid VI number to Airtel postpaid. within 1 hour i have got 6 calls from VI retention depart. and all the time they use to ask about my concern how rubbish. @ViCustomerCare …. hope @airtelindia will provide best service
