  @ViCustomerCare Do not write fake response on social platfotms,…if u can’t fix accept it..call me to discuss. Your team was committed 900 bill including GST for 3 connections while porting out from Jio to Vi and same thing was followed in Vi bills. Pls get it checked asap and call me to resolv

  @ViCustomerCare No resolution since almost a week. Daily twice calls from the team asking if i have got a call. Nothing else. Just now when i asked them for more info, the guy simply cut the call stating nahe leni hei toh cancel kardo mjhe farak nahe padta. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI
