    I was facing some serious Internet issues so I called at 199 and 198 and they literally suggested me to "throw away my phone" and 2nd time the executive hung up the call. Very disappointed with this behaviour of the Vi executive. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare m unable to send sms and your customer care executives suck at solving my issue. Better schemes attracts customers but poor customer care services discourages us to stick to Vodafone. I might’ve to switch to some other carriers.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, my Vi number has been switched off since 8-10 days, I have tried everything and even registered a complaint , but still no action for that, kindly switch on my number, I need it for every official work, even vaccination is not being done as I don't get OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 postpaid number of Punjab circle for the last around 18 month. I have rarely used these number due to poor connectivity. I have moved from punjab to jammu. Network connectivity is pathetic over here. I have family plan of Rs 707 per month.
