  @ViCustomerCare Query not addressed yet. Only you have taken additional complaint bcoz after 4 days over you couldn't delivered a SIM in Bengaluru like city.

  @ViCustomerCare i have booked new prepaid sim on 23 april and it out for delivery on 30. That time i am out of station. The executive cancel my order. I went to vi store today they take more then half hour and said this no available for postpaid connection only. Please help.

  @ViCustomerCare How unprofessional, my complaint is closed without any proper resolution stating that it was just a temporary glitch, while still im facing the same problem, I have all the call recordings and proofs of the issue which is still persists. It's better to port of this pain.

  Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I had already raised a request to deactivate my SIM, and the request has already been processed. Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.

  Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

  Vi network completely DEAD in Moti Rafudad, Jamnagar, Gujarat (361170)! Power cut started at 7 AM, tower shut down by 10:15 AM. Just 3 hrs of backup? Power returns at 4 PM. Entire village is suffering. Fix this terrible backup ASAP! @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @TRAI
