    @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration
