    Yet again @ViCustomerCare is absolutely useless. A simple ISD transaction is done. I receive a notification saying my it's active but can I make the calls I need to? No! 10 calls to the customer care to absolutely no avail.

    @ViCustomerCare got call from resolution team saying store confirmed they denied service as documents were not shown. This is a lie and bullshit by the store. They denied saying backend not working and then there is NO prorata so come after billing. #cheating #CustomerExperience

    @ViCustomerCare I’m trying to get a new SIM for my late father’s number (no network). The Burhanpur (MP) Vi Store says their system ID has been inactive for 7 days, so they can’t issue a new SIM. This delay is very disappointing. Please resolve urgently.
