    Hay @ViCustomerCare your internet is not working. I recently port sim to your network. It is showing E on network it is really bad experience from Vodafone-Idea.

    @ViCustomerCare Same replies as always. Even after your engineer visited the site and particularly said that the repeater is not working and needs to be fixed the same old reply by you shows what is your stand for the customer. You don't give a **** about customer and there problem. Understood

    @ViCustomerCare If you post anything on Twitter regarding VI compalint then they call you and ask you to wait for 24 hrs their team is working on it but all these are just scripted reply. Dont believe on them. Best solution is to just move it other network providers.
