    What should i do @ViCustomerCare ? I can't even get high speed after paying full amount. Whenever i say i have problems with your internet you just close my complaint without any proper resolution. Solve it or am gonna recharge my Jio number. Pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst customr Service I ever seen.Diff members are saying different contradict solutions. I mailed,tried to call and everytime they said that they would revert back in 3daz.not sure when it ends.Anyways,most of the people cannot complain in @TwitterIndia. So just ignore #Vodafone

    Worst network in small village and @JioCare @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare And doesn't improve but degrade the overall quality of experience , they just say the have been upgrading their cell tower or work in progress from 2-3 yrs and are going to launch 5G , can't maintain 4G

    @HenLawrence @ViCustomerCare Sir same problem for me, if your using iPhone then, this not your network. #vi not compatible with iPhone. Please check sim with android you will get better.

    @ViCustomerCare Let’s ve conversation in public. U R not providing service to me free of cost.Even today whole days calls were breaking,other party was not able to listen my calls.Calls when initiated takes time to connect.R ur engs r qualified enough to resolve my issue?Dont apologise.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst services. 8/10 hours no network. Problem after merge of Vodafone and Idea. Best towers closed and worst towers active. Commitments by customer care are no kept. I think technical team and back end team is not available. I will not recommend anyone to opt VI.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India There is a lot of problem in using the internet, even singles are not getting enough. see screenshot Vodafone+idea = Vi fix the network is having a lot of trouble. My postpaid number is 7428663171
