    @ViCustomerCare That personnel of yours, also stated that, I need to pay INR 75 for new Vi sim + INR 150 for recharging this new sim. What kind of loot is this ? I have already recharged my Idea sim few days ago ... why do I need to pay for your existing bad efficiency ?

    @ViCustomerCare even after telling several times, visited gallery to complaint that its not my number i am not using. You people didnt change and now when again when bill is not paid you are sending notice to my address and telling i have to pay as its still on my name. Dacoits

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my sim to VI. Whenever dialing 59059 for tele verification. I have tried so many times but after selecting the language it quote that "this is for only tele verification call 199 for more details and the the call getting ended every time. The network bar
