@rmstakkar @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare VM392593. Sadly ended my 12 years of association with Vi today. Today 18th day of NO Vi Network at my place. Logged around 10 complains. latest MUM-V00645270082. Vi network team is worst n third class in d world.Keep loosing customer.Bye

@ViCustomerCare Internet in my area is too slow to stream any episode. I need to wait as buffering starts after watching few seconds. I guess 4G was not made for buffering process.

@ViCustomerCare in recharge of Rs.79 , getting Rs.64 but can't send sms.! How company fooling us?? Where shoud we use Rs. 64. It is called a service recharge then where is sms service? Company can charge Rs. 2 per sms but sms must be done from Rs. 64. This is a torture by VI.
