    @ViCustomerCare do anything or i am gonna go to Airtel or jio , and yes will also share call recording of your customer care executive who promised me to give the solution but yes it's over a month and still its not resolved i have proof should i tweet and show to world

    @ViCustomerCare I hv send the screenshots in DM.. Sometimes vi app also shows timeout. Also why i am unable to call 199 for the customer support.. Also send the call recording via DM.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer care email team ever i have seen. After 36 days amount was debited from my bank account on fail transaction not yet get credited.

    @ViCustomerCare 1) Purchased sim on 13 aug most probably. Calls n internet service r working fine but entering mobile number in vi app its showing this is not a vi number. While calling 199, its saying complete televerification on 59059 n while doing disconnecting automatically.
