@ViCustomerCare Since last 6 months, despite raising multiple requests, the team and cust care simply resolves the request. Even the last time I escalated, even the vodafone team was unable to reach me due to network problems. Why are request raised? To resolve issues, or to resolve request?

@ViCustomerCare when I have already done tele verification why I am getting calls from VI to verify again ,I guess it's a scam ,I am getting calls from 091686 86408 and I don't understand when a customer is already verified ,why do u need to verify 10 times , Vi is a really bad
