    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, You have been charged Rs. 25 I am customer of VI since decade. Today i.e., 14 July 2022 I see that my account balance had been illegally deducted for some VAS(Value Added Service) which i haven't activated.

    @ViCustomerCare : On 02-09-2021, I lodged complaint number DEL-V00604939991. Yesterday, recd a SMS-SIM KYC pending from Mobile-8967702389 and today a call from Mobile -9583334523 which seems fraudusters as asked me to remit Rs 10/- Please check both numbers are from yours.

    @schengalvarayan @ViCustomerCare I’ve been a customer since it was Hutch. I still recharge it but don’t use it as a primary phone. I’ve taken a new Airtel sim few years ago and made it my primary. But couldn’t ditch my first phone so still carrying it. Will carry it until the end! My contribution to #Birla

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Guys what is new concept of Service validity? I recharge for data and latter seen no service validity. What's is the use of recharge then? I again recharge 79 rs. But cannot send SMS. what's going on. 15 years with Idea. Such pathetic service.
