@ViCustomerCare Bill payment made 24 hours ago. Services were supposed to be restored in 4 hours. Still waiting. Your customer support says it takes 48 hours to confirm payment. Is this a JOKE? 48 hrs? What a pathetic service! No wonder everyone is moving away!

I think @ViCustomerCare should fix network in weak coverages instead of running adds on youtube , since from last 10 days they makes excuses like server is not available call you later and they say there is construction going we will call you later on

@ViCustomerCare I have been again and again directed to contact 59059 and veryfy.I have not received 5 digit number (or whatever) on my other number even after 48 hours How will I verify. I think entire Vi customer care team is not understanding. Pl refund my money immediately. enough is enough.
