@ViCustomerCare I believe you should resolve my complaint to improve the service. I live in a rural area where I have good networks but sometimes the network goes off automatically and the internet also stops working at speeds less than 2g. I request you to pay attention to this matter.🙏🙏

@ViCustomerCare so ridiculous….hw can u think of charging Rs.36 for Missed Call Alert & that too for just 28 days…Look at @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are providing free of charge… grow up Vodafone-Idea and provide good services like Airtel. Best customer service Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare @nisar_ahemad45 please improve your latency like @airtelindia. Wherever in India if we use Vodafone, there is always lagging. Speed for both downloading and uploading is good, only latency is a problem. Airtel doesn't have any speed in India, they have latency, we can use any apps .
