@ViCustomerCare Thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, You have been charged Rs. 25 I am customer of VI since decade. Today i.e., 14 July 2022 I see that my account balance had been illegally deducted for some VAS(Value Added Service) which i haven't activated.

Fix your infrastructure first, then advertise. @DisneyPlusHS do you have a refund policy? Subscription is useless with this network.
