    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, You have been charged Rs. 25 I am customer of VI since decade. Today i.e., 14 July 2022 I see that my account balance had been illegally deducted for some VAS(Value Added Service) which i haven't activated.

    @ViCustomerCare today I recharge my phone with validity pack of 48 +rs 19 But I m not able to send text msg. After talking with ur customer care they inform me in 48 rs pack sms validity not available and for sms u have to recharge min 128. What a ****. Switch to airtel or jio

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised my concern to customer care about network issue in our area. Due to network problem we are not able to talk neither use internet service . Even most of the resident switch this network to Jio due to good coverage. But I got reply we can't help you to improve now.
