    @ViCustomerCare It's been 3 months since my cousin has been facing an issue with Vodafone billing for the Family plan Rs 699. He has been receiving a bill of Rs 1118 which was an extra charge of Rs294 which he paid for the last 3 months,The issue isn't yet resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to port to other network why you people are restricting the sms to 1900 when am able to send sms to other contacts this is the reason people leave Vodafone idea

    @ViCustomerCare spent 100rs to reach your gallery and buy a new sim card & now the new sim card is still not operational, to resolve this issue you need another 2 days! Wow. Great customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network team says that there are no nearby towers near my location. So network won’t improve anytime soon. Appalling how a location so near to Delhi doesn’t get good network.
