@ViCustomerCare Worst customr Service I ever seen.Diff members are saying different contradict solutions. I mailed,tried to call and everytime they said that they would revert back in 3daz.not sure when it ends.Anyways,most of the people cannot complain in @TwitterIndia. So just ignore #Vodafone

@ViCustomerCare 1st changes my plan without proper intimation. Customer care says a SMS was sent and the old lower cost plan is no longer available, I switch to prepaid and now the postpaid retention is offering discount. Why increase the plan in the 1st place?

Worst network in small village and @JioCare @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare And doesn't improve but degrade the overall quality of experience , they just say the have been upgrading their cell tower or work in progress from 2-3 yrs and are going to launch 5G , can't maintain 4G

@ViCustomerCare Dear #idea your store employees sucks. I live in NY,back there in India my dad has to replace the sim 4 his number which was under my name.Your employee is asking for money and proof of my us docs which i provided still he is struggling to get it. @airtelindia
