@ViCustomerCare Internet has stopped working since today morning. Last Complaint ref. no. GUJ-V00439452198 Internet Did not work from 09-05-21 to 17-05-21. It started working on 18-05-21. It worked from18th May to 28 May. Stopped again.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India The support is pathetic asusual and they've started manipulating the cases aswell, quick update: no change in network condition, no change in customer care behaviour and they'll still torture you but no help. Now they called me saying the network team visted...1/2
