@ViCustomerCare Need to give up now !! Nothing can be done. Your network is not available in Qatar, even vodafane is available in qatar and vi is idea and vodafone. But airtel is alone serving better. I made a mistake before i was using airtel. @airtelindia please help

Hi @ViCustomerCare if this SIM toolkit application is so important then why you don’t tell before international roaming to install it. I can’t find this app and now you tell without this app I cannot use international roaming. That’s complete non-sense. Real bad.

@ViCustomerCare Poor service experience. 5 calls in the last week asking what the issue is but no resolution at all. Just keep getting a response that its being forwarded for further investigation. Also why do you close complaints without resolving issues? @DoT_India @TRAI
