  @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I am currently using a Vi Postpaid connection, but due to unexpected and unexplained billing issues, I am planning to switch to Airtel. I was promised a ₹399 monthly plan by Vi, but I am being charged ₹862+ every month.

  I had a thought why jio and airtel are successful as compared to @ViCustomerCare . Then i placed new sim request with VI & now i have all the answers. 2 days no updates, amount paid , no. selected but still waiting for my sim card at last fed up with service i canceled my order

  @ViCustomerCare I just received a call from customer care stating that my payment has been cleared and I can now use the service; however, it has been 45 minutes since that call, and my outgoing calls and internet connection are still blocked. What kind of joke is this?

  @ViCustomerCare what is it with your internet?? It doesn't fully work until midnight.. I've complained a hundred times already so don't ask for the details.. and just do something about the damn internet because this thing ain't even loading a picture on this app.!!

  @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired today. Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare
