I have been using this number with Vi for years and regularly recharge it through the Vi app. Please investigate and help.

No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

Singh (@YOGENDER_21) reported@ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers
