  Hey @ViCustomerCare , whatever issues you are having, resolve them before 12.30 pm. IST. This is quite frustrating. The internet is not working at all. I am unable to call anyone. I have an imp task to do at 12.30 pm so please kindly consider resolving this matter.

  @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

  @ViCustomerCare Fake, Fraud, worst network coverage, worst customer support 😡😡. Guys @ViCustomerCare charges bill without any service. They are charging for 0 signals. Also if you are hold their bill they charged late payment fee😔😔

  @ViCustomerCare what a scam is vodafone doing on app 399 plan they give me as unlimited 5g data but the net is not working also today on ivr ingot to know daily 1 gb net plan as they give 100 rs discount and do this scam required explanation vodafone #scam #fraud @band

  @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

  @ViCustomerCare I shared my number almost 4 hours ago, but no resolution has been provided yet. How does a ₹1,749 recharge, valid for 6 months and done on June 16, end today? Is VI owned by the East India Company?
