    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has a very bad service for SIM delivery. They do not deliver the SIM on time. If you call them, they say that they will get it delivered or they will get it delivered but they do not get anything done.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare My internet is not working at all in my area. I can't Even do simple google search since last 10 days. I am waiting to end the recharge and port it to another sim

    @ViCustomerCare My first SIM was Idea, but I had to port out because of signal issues. Hopefully, with your new network upgrades, I’ll be back to Idea again! 🤞
