    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare My aunty has been an Airtel customer for 7 years, but for the last 2 days the internet is completely down. No proper resolution yet. Because of this poor service, she now wants to port from Airtel to Vi. 1|2

    @ViCustomerCare Why is your 5G speed so low? Network shows 5G but download speed is only around 23 mbps. Area hardly matters as speed is the same or less in most areas, and I test on the road. Buckle up & provide decent 5G speeds. It's not number related so pls don't ask the no.
