    @ViCustomerCare The internet connection on my phone is down since the last four days ( Btm layout / Billekalhalli area ) and not yet resolved though I get a message saying that it is resolved. Immediate action needed as having problems managing digital payment amidst lockdown.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my Airtel sim to VI, so ordered a sim and the payment was done when I tracked the sim it was showing that it will be delivered today, and this happening since past 2 days. Help to get out of this or return my money.
