@ViCustomerCare 6 - No signal when lights are off. 7 - not a single signal bar 8 - no, it's complete signal loss in case of electricity is gone. 9 - everytime whenever electricity is gone. 10 - everytime whenever electricity is gone.

@ViCustomerCare Seriously need an urgent solution to the network problem and internet fluctuation, Damaging a lot of my unsaved work. Call getting dropped when calling to customer care, tried everything else..if you can look into it as soon as possible or may be I need to switch.
