    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare my number is 9825336806 and i have sufficiant main balance and have validity also still VI restrict my sms service and force me to recharge of rs128 for BASIC SMS facility. pls take action against this LOOT and making force to customer.

    @TRAI where do I complain against continuous harassment by @ViCustomerCare. I did a port out request and this & that executive, relationship manager, senior manager call to why I am leaving. Have told them stop calling but they don’t. Only thing they have to do is FIX Vi NETWORK

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, my said problem of mobile networking (internet service and call service) has been solved yesterday through an engineer who came to my house from Lucknow, and he checked some Vodafone towers in my area and fixed their shortcomings. It has also been removed, @Vikasaz1 🙏🙏
