    @ViCustomerCare Sir, here my village Voipadi, Vijayamangalam railway station, Erode District - Pincode:638056 (Tamilnadu). 4g tower frequently switch off.Sometimes getting full signal.Sometimes no signal.unable to get internet. Please rectify the problem.

    @jagograhakjago this is to bring into your notice complaint was raised against @ViCustomerCare ref no 2738755 incorrect information over charging and no liberty to refuse service however without any resolution this has beed closed.

    @ViCustomerCare It has been a week or so at my location when the data services have stopped working on my SIM. Network is so choppy it barely connects to 4G network, much less VoLTE. All this while I need good connection while working from home. Such a failure and waste of money.
