    @ViCustomerCare Needs to control the churn as Vi loses 1.8million subscribers in the month of November 2022 as from the latest trai subscription data.Raise ur capex to 4G n improve ur performance.Ur rivals outperforming u bcoz of ur's network quality.Ur down from 430m to now 240m

    @ViCustomerCare , I will go to consumer court for false agreement and bad customer service. No one support me. I will never suggest anyone's to take vi. I have already port two vi number and never suggest ny one to take. Due to customer service vi decreasing day by day.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic service! My incoming and outgoing SMS facility has been barred. I called Customer Care twice but they refused to resolve my issue. I asked for a complaint no. but they denied. I asked for the contact no. of the Nodal Officer but they denied.

    @ViCustomerCare The network is poor and the internet is also worst...we are are pre paying you...but even for thi tweet am using another wifi network to post this.....take action to fix it..
