@ViCustomerCare I am unable to download receipt for Feb & March from VI app. It just shows downloading but doesn't get downloaded. I have 50mbps internet speed. I called customer care but they refused to take the complaint and couldn't send the receipt via email. Disappointing !

@ViCustomerCare I'm facing coverage problems as well as internet problems. No properly voice clearance and connectivity. Really harassing Vi services. Specially Saturday Sunday. Can't satisfy with cervices. Worst network & support. Like go to hell.

@ViCustomerCare ever since Vodafone Idea merged, the service & internet issues have risen. I have this number since 2012 but I think now its time to port. Customer service is bad. It shows 4G & full bar but internet doesn’t work or is slow as 2G. Please find the screenshot below

@PeterRi14419233 @ViCustomerCare every time i put money in my prepaid vodafone acct, it promptly dissapears. recently 66 Rs disappeared. when u complain, u r told u urself have stolen it. I want to kick these donkeys. phone useless for me since i can never make a call.
