@ViCustomerCare , your app is not working. Customer care does not support, saying they don't see any data. As a customer, i am not getting the data i paid for. Neither i a getting my transaction history. Is this expected from VI?

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS when will you stop spamming your ex-users after they have ported to some other operator because of your poor network and poor services? Still receiving messages on a daily basis from you about recharge validity etc. Needs to stop.
