    @ViCustomerCare No more a VI customer now. Ported to airtel. Thanks for trying to resolve the complaint since last 3 years. Improve in terms of your outward communications (sms, calls) to customers, helpdesk quality, network and other things. @DoT_India @TRAI involving you here

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t understand the response you’re waiting for… Number was shared immediately, when asked. So far no one has got in touch. The same woman keeps calling me with her rude, crass and a threatening tone. I will not take her calls anymore.

    @ViCustomerCare If you post anything on Twitter regarding VI compalint then they call you and ask you to wait for 24 hrs their team is working on it but all these are just scripted reply. Dont believe on them. Best solution is to just move it other network providers.

    Caller tune activated and deducted Rs 78 without my permission. Now Vi will compensate for his loss by taking money by giving service without the permission of the people. My Mobile no. is 7409961076 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare hello My father has activated international roaming on his mobile +91 96373 78711. Customer care guys are saying it’s activated however he is not able to connect to any local network so no messages or calls. Can you please help in resolving this? Thanks
