    2. @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp do u face the same when your son is travelling abroad ? Made 3 calls on call center resolution after 17.11 which makes my entire 7 days useless ! Today wasted with me falling sick and loss of travel due to internet not working #compensation

    @ViCustomerCare There is no co-operation from your Vi store ppl. As discussed with Akshay from your team.He said the issue will be solved at store but they din agree to waive off the bill and give me prepaid .. This is so disgusting from your end.
