    @ViCustomerCare your sim was not working in my phone and when I visited service center I was charged for sim exchange. Whereas It should be FOC, right ? Also payment was deducted from balance without informing me. Is that fair practice ?

    @ViCustomerCare very very pathetic experience post I recharged my vodaphone number. Money got automatically deducted without consent and no one is responding from customer care office. Please do the needful. @timesofindia @rmstakkar

    I am sorry @ViCustomerCare i have to convert my newly 5 postpaid connections to prepaid and later I will definitely port switch to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence coz your pathetic signal and network are like hell. Whole family plan is not working properly.

    @ViCustomerCare when I enquired to your customer care helpline 198 they were unable to solve my query and gave a very unprofessional response stating they don't know what is happening with my sim.

    @ViCustomerCare I took a new postpaid connection in December, 2021. Vi No.:- 9990156668. I want to convert it into E Sim, tried sending the correct code from an E-Sim eligible device multiple times, but there is some error from your server. Customer service(199) not able to help.
