@ViCustomerCare my complaint no. V-125560089256 is not resolved since so many days.. Vi is just getting worse.. You guys always say tht the issue is resolved than just in 24hrs.. A new issue arrives in that issue.. Worst experience..

@ViCustomerCare y do u turn on Value added services widout customer permission & bill them? I had 2 call twice 2 get the error corrected. Terrible customer support Only Balaji resolved the issue today. Is this how u treat a customer who has been with u for 20 years?
