    @ViCustomerCare Facing problem since morning. What's happening? When there is a power cut, Idea signals are nill and showing as. "GPRS". But when the power restores, it's automatically getting changed to 4G. What's going on? Very frustrating!

    @ViCustomerCare there's no way in hell, I am going again to your store. I have went there given my docs they've taken my photo and told me the Sim will be activated in two hours. And now, asking me to visit the store, with physical copies again is no way a 'solution'.

    @ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @anoopwritez @ViCustomerCare Not at all. They've the shittiest service ever!! They will boast about delivering the sim at your doorstep but, even when the error happens at their end,the customer need to re-vist their store with documents 'again' and the storeVScc blame games, leaving the customer stranded.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare Your customercare agent is saying, they've not got any request from store for duplicate Sim and your store manager is saying 'my data' is not available in your system and asking me to visit store physically with a photograph and copy of my ID. WTF!!!!
