@dhivya_Hani @ViCustomerCare #vi don’t have good 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi for entire tamilnadu/South India and no updates. When you ask any updates they will say their team is going on working, they don’t have any timeline for updating their service. Better to port… cc says if we want,we can port..

@ViCustomerCare I know service is not available for prepaid. I do not want to go for postpaid and I need eSIM for my phone as the phone does not support physical SIM. Simple problem, Suggest the solution.

@Mehak240199 @ViCustomerCare At first they don’t have network team. Their network is going on auto mode, you can observe no improvement or any updates…. It works as it is condition.. we are dealing with bot/AI so we don’t get anything from #vi.
