    @ViCustomerCare reference number <UPE-V00570599227> has not resolved since 11th Aug 2021, my internet is getting down in every 15 to 20 minutes and it's not usable at all to me. Please escalate it to your next level for permanent resolution

    @ViCustomerCare @MumbaiVodafone I'm the customer of you since last 1998 anf now facing huge Network problem. And also facing big problem of cross connections. Please look into this matter seriously and resolve it immediately.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir.. when I wanted to change my service from Vodafone, I was also hounded by calls after I got the porting ID. So much that I canceled my plan being scared of harassment. I don't know if this happens with other service providers. But I am sure sab dudh ke dhule nahi he.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone has a team to deceive the customer. For collection of bill payments and postpaid to prepaid portability.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network coverage in Lullanagar, Pune is going from bad to worse day after day. I had logged a complaint through your app, got a reply after 5 days that network engineers were not able to resolve the issue and ticket was closed. PATHETIC SERVICE VI !!!
