@ViCustomerCare I get a message out of the blue that Video Club Movies for 7 days has been activated on my number and Rs 10 has been charged. I never subscribed to such nonsense. I called your helpline and spoke with Neha at 1541 hrs. Got it deactivated.

@neginikhil28 @ViCustomerCare Yes I agree their network is very weak sometimes internet stops working for no reason. Even I couldn't watch yesterday's match due to their weak network coverage. They should work or everybody will leave. Jio , Airtel works way better.

@ViCustomerCare i lost my sim card on the date of 24th nov, & block the number on 25th nov around 11 AM . As per customer care the dead line for issue duplicate number is 30 days onward . Today i visit to vi store for buy duplicate sim but they denied to issue Prepaid card 😐😐😐

Hey @ViCustomerCare Your customer care is hounding me daily with a plan upgrade request. I have told them several times that I am not interested and that they should stop calling me. My phone is on DND so why exactly are you calling me?
