    @ViCustomerCare Have stayed with Vodafone from 2007 , still showing faith. Still facing normal network and Internet issues in Bangalore ! Pathetic , Airtel and jio works better

    @ViCustomerCare Honestly, I don’t want to leave or switch to another network. Your support, behaviour & the way you value & serve a customer are genuinely commendable. Sometimes I feel like I might be the only Vi customer in my area, yet even then, the team has given my issue so much attention.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been more than 12 hours, and still no one from your team has responded. Shameful service! In an era of digitalization and technological advancement, it’s disappointing to see customers still being treated with such negligence. is this the way you serve your customer?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers
