    @ViCustomerCare While my postpaid plan shows monthly charges as 499, I'm being charges 799 for some reason for the last 2 billing cycles. I have raised a query on your app as well but it's been closed without resolution. Can someone please assist with this issue?

    @ViCustomerCare This is absolutely an annoyance of a workaround. It only means your SIM cards are faulty or your processes to get them activated are. And I have to face the brunt of those problems. I'm certainly going to look around for a better provider once my SIM card's replaced.
