    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of ₹900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare What happen to 5G network Speed becomes 2G speed #Perambalur #Thuraimangalam? Removed 1Gb/day offer condemnable,how you decide my reqmnt for 28days with Disconn. of incoming in 1day & 1Month =28days for Useless @TRAI never care of peoples,need topside Reshuffle.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Hi there, today I faced a serious problem. I couldn't answer a call from Flipkart, who are supposed to deliver my one order, as their voice was diturbingly breaking & hence was not audible.

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare, you guys should demand a commission from local Wi-Fi dealers past Z Corner, Manjari. Your indoor network is so non-existent that we are literally buying broadband just to make a voice call. Brilliant business model! 👏👏📱
