@ViCustomerCare been trying tele verification for my new bought sim for the last 2 days. 59059 is not even connecting. When talked to customers care they always say please call 59059. No wonder why subs are decreasing day by day. Worst costumer care support.

@ViCustomerCare C 004- 121872774476 is not resolved. I m facing a network issue as discussed in my residence as well as while travelling in City. Ie in local and roaming both. I live in Ahmedabad n frequently travelling 2 Rajasthan,Gujarat n little in Maharashtra.Everywhere network is poor.

@ViCustomerCare 3 weeks without network, after raising complaint over phone and visit to office in mangalore, only received assurance it will be fixed in a week time....... Its been 3 weeks.......no resolution as yet
