@ViCustomerCare Now Yu Proved that u really have poor customer service who really dont care the customers. So as Of Now, I decided to start the process of porting. Also Will Send u a notice by the court regarding cheating/bluffing/not providing service of R.S 95.

@ViCustomerCare Contacted support desk many time to get resolved network issues with VI sim stating that i can only use 2-300 kbps speed But no actions are taken You guys are claiming fastest 4g network in india but its not true please stop fooling others

Out of no where my number stopped receiving texts and stopped sending texts also from last couple of days. Now customer care executive told me that their system is showing that my number is not registered and i need to replace my sim card. Such a pathetic service @ViCustomerCare
