    @ViCustomerCare as according to vi officials ,there is no required of tower installation, despite of poor network at my location

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?
