My parents visited @ViCustomerCare to port out from Airtel prepaid. Insensitive executive duped them by selling postpaid plan. They we’re looking for stable network, now they will pay more for services which are not useful. How low on earth you can go!! @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare VI GAVE ME TIME TILL 24TH JUNE TILL 6PM TO SOLVE MY ISSUE. NOW LET'S SEE HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE, BECAUSE FROM LAST 2 DAYS I AM FACING ISSUE IN INTERNET IN MY RESIDENTIAL AREA. THEY WASTED MY 2 DAYS. NOW IF TILL 24TH 5PM IT WILL NOT SOLVED

@ViCustomerCare call quality in my area with pin code 799120 is too poor. Inspite of having voLTE, the calls sound worser than 1G or 2G calls. Noone can understand even a single word been said during call. Please either provide good services or just leave the market. Thank you.
