    @ViCustomerCare no need for any call presently we are not your customer hav ported out due to unavailability of 4G network only 2G in my location excuse deep interior anyway just a general query Non Stop Hero Unlimited plans available in WB circle. Don't disturb us via calls

    @ViCustomerCare In Surat Gujarat , a Mumbai Vi sim after latching on to VoWifi & coming out of VoWifi goes to 4G without VOLTE . voice goes to 2G . Pls rectify this network issue as it's annoying to go to airplane mode to come back to VOLTE

    @ViCustomerCare Those who are thinning to switch on Vi please don't switch to this garbage network. When you recharge with a 28 day plan it will show 2G or 3G for first 15 to 20 days after that it performs very well and it repeats every month . Please do not switch to this service provider

    @ViCustomerCare No other service provider have such primitive process? Please refund my recharge amount ASAP. With this level of service, I am surprised how you wish or even dream of retaining customers to your network!

    @ViCustomerCare I keep getting 2-3 spam calls daily asking me to port to your network. This is harassment, not marketing. Please stop this immediately. I’m not interested. Respect customer privacy! #DND #SpamCalls
