@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare i have recharged my mobile number a day ago through vi appsl... even after chatting with @ViCustomerCare executive , still balance is shown as low... its pathetic that no one is resolving simple problem even aftet 24 hours... no sms/communication

Recharged with 599 as I had double data (3GB/day) offer in my account, but after the recharge u ppl changed the plan and updated it as 1.5GB/day. What is this @ViCustomerCare ? You ppl are fooling us @VodaIdea_NEWS .Provide the service or Good-bye 🙏.
