    @ViCustomerCare dear sir I am using idea's postpaid plan. Few days back suddenly my Idea SIM stoped working. I have visited Idea stores for three times in these 10 to 15 days every time they completed all KYC work biometric and all needed documents but still my sim is not working

    @ViCustomerCare It has been 4 yrs loyal billing customer. Highlighted my complaint regarding wrong billing done from VI.Even after 14 days customer care or Goregaon gallery (Miss Komal) giving me solution. So Awful it is @TRAI : customer are unnecessary harassed here

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar VODAFRAUD!!!!! VODASCAM!!!! My mother had filed a request to cancel her vodafone idea subscription since we were facing lots of issues with signal at home and we wanted to migrate to Jio. We got numerous calls from vodafone asking not to cancel!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN Day's 3 and I'm tired with your Services ! I Port out from Airtel to VI when I'm trying to call anyone got 1 beep and disconnected atomic, & anyone call me they face same issue people not able to call me 9999344453 look the issue on priority basis.

    @ViCustomerCare U r running an old Audio message regarding the unlock. Whats the point of this? No ither operator has ****. Even if they do, you can skip it by pressing some numbers but in VI you can't. If you can't assist in this or remove it all together. i will port after 90 days. #regretVI

    @ViCustomerCare How am i suppose to remove the stupid corona unlock caller tune?? Another lockdown is around the corner and you guys just play this stupid *** caller tune everytime i have to make a call. There is no way to skip it too. Please remove it from my number (check dm)
