    Seriously, called customer care they are saying we cant reverse the amount. Mistake done from VI side why i need to pay. Just imagine its keypad what should do with Premium features like steaming, high calling and data benefits. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare Not sure why you guys activate unnecessary services as soon as i do some recharge. Number - 7056347218 Your customer support is even worst. They are rude. They dont even know how to talk to customer. If this is not resolved i will have to upload call recordings

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn VI doing fraud for my postpaid no. 9990603603 by illicitly charging for isd calls for last 3 months.. despite acknowledging, the vi care is not ready to remove charges. plz help..

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported two postpaid connection into vi ,but your network is really bad ,I am not able to send sms or receive sms on either of the numbers , at the same time I was given family plan of 699 for my numbers but now both no are on individual plan of 399

    @ViCustomerCare The customers' patience is being tested..! Seems like they have a plan to make profit by forcing the customers recharging more, even before the leave this network.

    @ViCustomerCare I am done dealing with vi customer care executives and managers and then senior managers.. Despite acknowledging that there is a problem, they didn't do anything... I hope @trai will help me out now
