    @ViCustomerCare Visited mini VI store in Thergaon pcmc pune. Lady at customer desk told me sir my id is not working so we will not be able to help . What an frustrating answer is this . I was planning to convert my idea postpaid to prepaid . Now I am thinking of porting .
