@ViCustomerCare it's too difficult to use your data. Net speed is like 2g .from last 3days i haven't use data properly due to speed .kindly refund my data charges so that i can move to new network. I dnt need any 2 or 3 day 2waiting services.

@ViCustomerCare I have been complaining about internet and call drops since last 3-4 months and now instead of 4g, 2g is coming in the room. No action was taken on my complaint, have I spent money on recharge for this. Or should I get ported to another sim?

@ViCustomerCare My Sim has not caught network for the last 5 days. Earlier I used to have a weak networ but still I was able to make calls but now it’s not even catching a single bar. Can you please connect with me & fix this before I make my mind to shift to your competitor
