  @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

  @ViCustomerCare, pls DM me email id of store manager (Ghatkopar East, Mumbai near Odeon Cinema). She gave me her email id and the emails are not getting delivered. She has to resolve the issue that I has discussed with her and sent email per her advise.
