    I have been a #Jio @JioCare user for a long time. The internet speed is good at my home town. But in my college location (#Trichy #sjc) internet speed comes down to around 200 to 300 kb/s. Many of my friends had the same issue and switched to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Big Mistake made by Indian Govt to Bail you PPL out, shd have seized all your assets & kicked you out of India. Pathetic customer care services & my 4G services are not working last 6 days . More than 20 calls at customer care & Dozen chats on Vi app .

    @ViCustomerCare Facing Worst network issue from last one and half months. Even after many complaints/calls, nothing changed. Frequent call drops, unclear voice, network issue. What kind of service is this? Can not port since I recharged mobile for 6 months. @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare is it possible to avail the outgoing porting facility with the recharge of Rs79? (Although in plans, it's clearly mentioned "No Outgoing SMS"). I really wanna port out from Vi network. No Vi 4G site within 3 Km distance.

    @ViCustomerCare Something's wrong with your network at the location that I put up. The network signal on my phone is always full but couldn't hear a thing sometimes when I make a call or answer it. Pls have this fixed or else I'll be looking to port to different operators
