    @akshayamoondra @KhoslaAvneesh - Reaching out for help ! Roaming in Germany on a VI roaming plan and data isn't working. @ViCustomerCare working on issue since the last 4 days but no update. Need a fix now, not after trip is over. Very frustrating.

    @Prasantprince @ViCustomerCare Don’t trust #vi customer care. Just pay your entire bills and port out on same day to other network. #vi will call and give you lot of false promises. They don’t have good 4G indoor coverage, volte,Vowifi, free missed call alerts or tunes. They don’t have any updates on 5G.

    @ViCustomerCare I am having 2 postpaid connection I am not able to make payment until 1 oct 2022. but your customer care is constantly calling me and to my alternate no every 5 min so should I port out when I paid all dues Also I was given credit limit of 3500.
