@VodafoneIN This is unacceptable! Last week, I complained regarding repeated Internet issue, then it was working smoothly for 3-4 days and now again the same thing has started since yesterday. Why can't you guys fix the issue permanently! 4GB/day goes in vain, unacceptable!

@ViCustomerCare On 14.08.2021 Rs.125 has been deducted by Vi without my any permission. I thought it was the renewal charge of my caller tune service. But I was wrong when I saw that again Vi has been charged me Rs.21 today (15.08.2021) for my caller tune.Please return my Rs.125 to my account.

@ViCustomerCare I got a message on my VI number that i request for caller tune and it is activated and charged 66 rs, which i never requested how can you charge and apply caller tune without my consent.
