    @ViCustomerCare I got resolution by my own efforts. After portability. And activation of new sim card i got the 1st recharge after 16 days. Through companies end. Thank you for asking. But sorry to say your company's service is not got. Hope u will correct it soon.

    @ViCustomerCare poor Customer service. Balance deductions happens automatically and your agents blame I did it. Very unprofessional Customer agents answering calls.

Else simply let your customers know that VI cares **** about its paying customers. Stop playing game

    Dear @ViCustomerCare where can I find VI tower near my Village at Yeral post Kudali , Yeral Sutarwadi Road , Tehsil Roha , Dist Raigad , Maharashtra 402308 , i got 2 bar signal required to put MR600 4G router the antenna must be towards tower but unable to find pls help me out

    @ViCustomerCare 3rd class 198 service. Unable to reach you. After giving input your system generated voice call say, I am not sharing right input. It happened again and again. Poor Network and also 3 rd class co-operation. On 20 September, 22 my number will be ported.Disgusting
