@ViCustomerCare MY TRIP IS ENDING TOMORROW AND THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED, I WAS CONNECTED TO AN AGENT VIA WHATSAPP BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. Now I shall be taking a formal action after coming to India because anyways my 3999+GST is wasted as i am not able to UTILISE THE SERVICES.
