    @Airtel_Presence There is a famous saying " We value the interest amount more than the actual amount!!" So for me 'As of now' @Airtel_Presence is like an interest to my actual investment ... Giving a final opportunity to @VodafoneIN to fix it up asap or i am into your pipeline 😊

    @VodafoneIN pathetic network experience since last few weeks. Kandivli East, Mumbai 400 101. Common response by customer care to do network setting but they fail to explain that there is issue even after that!!

    @VodafoneIN your network has gone bad to worst. I only receive 1 or 2 bars in range. Also your 4G works like 2G. You need to improve or we need to change operator the only options for us.

    You are right @NavadhaPandey on one thing about @VodafoneIN they have better paying customers - they who are then turned into a paging device customer. I largely use my #iPhone as a pager to get missed call alerts and as an #iPod to listen to podcasts, music and browse

    @VodafoneIN Its been 2 months now , I already got another bill with 100rs as Late Charges. 2 months is enough time to solve a customer issue. Anyways I will just pay off the bill and I will be leaving Vodafone

    @VodafoneIN Since Jan2019 I haven’t received any assistance/ resolution to my complaints. All what I get is.. maximum optimisation has been done to enhance the network in your area... that’s it! And guess what after 3 max optimisations, still the same. No network!

    As per the website Vodafone is promised to the customer sim Card will deliver to the customer on the same day, but Vodafone CX Support agents said to me that SIM Card will be delivered to the customer next day. This is shameful management @ViCustomerCare that's too bad.

    @ViCustomerCare As per website SIM Card delivery is the same promised by you, but your customer support agent didn't provided to the customer same day service. Due to this, I'm cancelling the Order. This is a hidden shameful service. Why double the standard policy ???? Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare @BDUTT Team @ViCustomerCare - Tumse na ho payega. . Tum to rehne do... Vodafone shuts down its sites during night hours to save money, no coverage in rural areas, worst customer service... i just closed a 10 MBPS leased line service from vodafone because of poor service.
