    @ViCustomerCare providing very pathetic service, deducting amount from bank and not recharging phone. Even all customer care executive are very busy not even picking the call.

    @ViCustomerCare worst platform were in at the time of MNP customer service team calls and pretending to send a fake msg to old people or number might get disconnect Shame VI this is a privacy concern @Airtel_Presence wanted to join you and VI calling customers not to join Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you but I suggest your team takes some action by calling them & asking them to do their KYC as they are posing to be vodafone customer care, and get their number blocked due to fraud scam ( please refer to the screen shot & take the number for your reference)

    @ViCustomerCare It seems that despite giving the contact number there is no reply and it seems that @VodafoneGroup doesn’t care about its customers so it’s time to think about some other network for the whole family

    @ViCustomerCare Why the hell are your customer service agents using Dark Patterns to prevent porting? 😡 @DoT_India please take note. Vi is calling customers and telling them to send “CANCEL” to 1900 which will end up cancelling a porting request instead of allowing them to port

    @ViCustomerCare You close the complaint taken over call without resolving the issue. Is this your standard practice?@ViCustomerCare @JioCare was better as they came with equipment to check the issue which we raise for my friends' no signal issue. They resolved it after proper checking.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor service by Vodafone. i am 12 year of old customer and they stopped my service.. i purchased card with permanent service validity and now they are asking me 99 rupees per month for resume service.. i request their customercare but not supportive when medical emergency.

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered new postpaid connection online by paying money for premium number. It’s been 8 days, no response from VI. when I called customer care they are unable to help me. Now I understand Y VI is loosing customers. Poor service

    @ViCustomerCare Don't know how and who can activate my sim card. I called to VI customer care they told me visit our VI care center and they will activate it.When I visited to VI care center of Narmadapuram Madhyapradesh they told me that this sim no can't be activat from MP.
