    @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho Could you escalate this issue from your end?? I've already escalate this issue to appellate authority as well but VI team is there for doing fraud with the customers without providing any resolution and the issue is pending since 13th July. @ViCustomerCare

    So it finally happened. Was stuck with a medical emergency, tried to call the doctor and was forced to listen to a 20-second long rant about vaccines that I couldn't skip. @ViCustomerCare you guys are just plain pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodaIdea_NEWS Waste services by telecom companies, customer has no right to fight, i am facing problem from last 4 months but no one help me. No Nodal. No Trai. No Honorable Minister. Bcoz companies know that the customer has no choice. He has to make the payment, as the cust has a regular no.
