  @ViCustomerCare do you want u actually address complaints? I have called 7-8 times since 17th April without any help. I have recordings of calls where your executives promise "our senior will call you within 24 hours" and no one has since 11 days. Is this your customer "CARE"?

  @ViCustomerCare I have repeatedly requested to blacklist VAS, god knows what you people do. Everytime you come up with an exception! Please tell me how to use my main balance as i am unable to recharge using it, so that the problem will cease to exist.

  @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup It's going pathetic day by day just focus on the quality, I'm using your network since 10 years didn't received any trouble but after Merger it's going so pathetic. Even your executive told me that my are is not in coverage.
