@ViCustomerCare Your Agent who called from number 9873593922 fraudently tried to cancel my porting request. On call they dupingly asked me to send "Cancel <my Vi number>" to 1900 else I would be charged extra 600 on my account

@ViCustomerCare If someone get recharged he should get the benifits if your team is unable to stand with competitor then you have to come differently ?? Not like that ,in this type you loose one by one customer nothing else and its bad for business .

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India To get a duplicate sim as the current sim was not working in 4G network. While taking the 4G SIM from the store, I was only told that the duplicate SIM would be activated in 2 hours.That duplicate sim is not activated yet.

@ViCustomerCare It's a matter of shame you can't reach on your own network. SMS service is deliberately blocked to block porting. Endurance has its limits. In view of the above I have already put the request for stopping my services with immediate effect. Regards 7006599291

@ViCustomerCare Hi I have been registering a complaint regarding internet issue from last few weeks, you guys just ignore all those and close without following up. VI has now become one of the most pathetic data provider neither ur network nor you internet works.
