Pathetic Service @ViCustomerCare Internet Gets Disconnected Automatically very frequently. Not possible to do any real time task with this internet connection. Any banking transaction may take hours , which can be finished in minutes.

@ViCustomerCare Recd a call from +91 22-50897580, explained the issue: I have taken Annual Pack still Vi keep sending SMS twice a day abt recharge Package. Ur Executive says, it’s SERVICE mag, will keep coming, u ignore. Aren’t U a stupid company, marketing or annoying Customer?

@ViCustomerCare Dear VI, Why I am not getting VoLTE service on my IPhone 12. Whenever someones calls me, my mobile network switches from 4G to 2G. I am not able to utilize internet service due to this. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this issue ASAP.

It is now more than 1 years and 2 months and still i have not recieved my refund from #Vi the worst is iam still using Vi and paying my bills but could not get my money back for other vi account @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@TRAI No respite from unsolicited calls by Vodafone Idea team for plan upgrade calls made in guise of service calls !! @ViCustomerCare why have u shared my mobile numbers to these agents and pls stop this . I get 2 such calls almost every day
