    Hi @ViCustomerCare After so many complaints, you still don't provide full network in major cities, #Mumbai #Pune Why it's intermittent? Why? Your team at the stores say it's upgraded now & you will get full coverage? Where? Do I have to roam around near the towers?

    @ViCustomerCare another call just now received from +91 99308 12792.. promoting service for pest control and AC Service. So you are not able to control it & it's increasing.

    I m unable to understand why @BSNL stopped outgoing services due to which I m in trouble now. @ViCustomerCare, Vodafoneidea, ridiculously not replying to resolve grievance. And I m ultimate sufferer. Why should I trust BSNL anymore. Ridiculous.

    @VodafoneGroup @vodafone @ViCustomerCare Holding a customer's incoming calls for 10 days is not something expected from any operator, getting calls is the very basic right a customer expects. On 10 August i got a recharge for Rs 719, so surely having no active plan is not an issue. Resolve asap

    I have requested for the disconnection of my Vi Postpaid sim several times now. The bills are being generated even after my request for disconnection. According to TRAI regulations this is a breach of customer benefits. Recovery agents have been threatning to pay @ViCustomerCare
