    @ViCustomerCare now your network is down since this morning and not at all working . Please work and fix the issue.@ViCustomerCare its been more than 30 days since I am following up against reference number <UPE-V00570599227> which has not resolved since 11th Aug 2021.

    @ViCustomerCare First vi asks dm the number and issue. Second asks about place floor region etc. Third after some time vi comes with universal answer like at present indoor connectivity is poor due to surroundings building. Then same answer, why to dm the issue .

    @ViCustomerCare Issue has been aptly explained in my Tweet. U have activated Wallpaper & deducted charges from my number without my permission/asking for it. Ironically, I use this VI number on my Nokia 105 phone. To educate U, it's a 2G basic instrument & wallpaper can not be used. #Fraud #VI

    @ViCustomerCare its been over 20 days. I have recharge for my international roaming in Canada. It did not worked. I even visited you partners store in Canada, but still did not worked. My 7 days went away without any work. I want my money back and never use your network again.

    @ViCustomerCare What the hell of services is this? I switched my number from postpaid to prepaid. I received security refund cheque details only, but no cheque. Noone is there to help in the store. It's two years now, but no refund till now. Such shameless store staff.
