@VodafoneIN Vodafone is world leading company. And #Okhla is satisfied the #Vodafone best #net #speed. I complain more than 50 time in last 4 months by the meny numbers but #problems not solve. I never get fast net speed like 100kb, 150kb, please help me over to come of problems

While @ViCustomerCare continues to suck, no OTPs on SMS, cant do transactions. Calling Citi India cust care doesn't help as they have modified from tpin to OTP for even call verification..cannot reach Citi even when, God forbid, there is a fraud Just going in loop 😭 Tech sucks

@ViCustomerCare VI is a big FRAUD. Stay away from VI worst services else you all will be trapped badly. Believe me. I am customer of VI for more than 10 years still they hardly care for their old customers.

@ViCustomerCare wtf with your network speed and ping. I'm telling u if I can't play pubg on your ****** network which ping fluctuate so much and can't even get ping less than 100ms. It's always above 150😐😑. U either give me better apn settings or do something about your net.

@ViCustomerCare Guys I Have 5G phone but when I inserted my VI sim to my phone it is showing 4g network but I am not getting internet speeds. When I call to anyone it says upgrade your handset to 4G. But my Device is 5g and I have recharged too then why it's happening?

Not to that there's no easy way to speak to a customer service rep any longer. Raised a query through the app and it was closed without resolution. And you can't raise another query for the same issue?! 2 tweets later and still no valid explanations. Do better @ViCustomerCare
