    Worst customer service ever. After following all that was advised on DM ,went back to the store and came back disappointed again. By the way my phone was a 2 sim phone and @ViCustomerCare had replaced it in 1 hour . @JioCare there is something for your team to learn from others

    However please justify the reason for giving poorest connectivity and call dropping network and also request you to take necessary strict action against your Customer care executive for having such a bad manner of talking. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Those worst days have come!! Can’t even speak for 10 seconds for the past 10 days!! Been with Vodafone for the past 16 years and this is terrible service. Voice Quality with reference number CHN-V00676380678 is registered. Your complaint will be processed by 26 Oct 21 01.10 PM.
