  @ViCustomerCare my number was suspended with NO warning. After full day of followup your cust care agent said I need to visit store as document issue. By that time store is closed as Pune has lockdown restrictions so can't visit. Docs were already verified. Still waiting.Pathetic

  @ViCustomerCare My number 9167082923 has vi sim and also mine is vi sim But the number mentioned internet is not working and mine is working fine why There is an unlimited pack so why it's not working ? Looks like I should change it to jio
