    Recharged with the ₹349 plan, but since 5G is unavailable in my area, I'm limited to 1.5 GB/day on 4G. I have been trying to recharge with the ₹55 Unlimited Data add-on, but every payment attempt fails. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare iam mov out for jammu kashmir where prepaid roaming is not allowed Wamt to activate Call forwarding however everytime it's getting failed due to restrictions from vi Customer care is absolutely unprofessional in response !!

    @ViCustomerCare what happen man, don't you wanna give service for the amount that I am paying? The internet is struggling for the past few days. Multiple complaints have been raised via VI app but of no use. I think jio is getting better reception in my locality

    @ViCustomerCare Following up with the corporate team to fix an issue in postpaid number 7094433344 for the last 2 hours, finally I received a response like if no one is supporting you online, try to visit the store... What kind of support team is Vi holding? Vi fails...

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I recently raised a port request from jio to vi.. and after 3days the service has been stopped from jio.. after trying with the new vi sim, the services are still not availed.. and im stuck as all my works are related to that number
