Hey @ViCustomerCare, I switched my sim to postpaid. It got activated earlier today but no calls seems to be going through. It says ‘this facility is not available’ and asks me to call customer care which also says the same. Please help.

@ViCustomerCare again same problem facing within two days. Unable to send sms, when I try to send sms, just failed & now i didn't get any incoming sms, like otp, frnds-family sms. I recharged my number with ₹399. Wrost service from VI

@ViCustomerCare although so many customer care number given but none of them provide direct talk facility with person who supposed to appoint to solve customer problems. Worst experience with vi.

@ViCustomerCare the VI networks has gone worse. Its hammering the online studies . For last 3 to 4 times VI technical team has visited my place but with no improvement in network today the technical team has informed me that they cannot improve

@ViCustomerCare - I need to port my number. But support is saying without 128 rs recharge. I will not allowed to port this number. Can you please find out a way to port this number without doing recharge of 128. one port message should not cost 128 rs for sure. @VodafoneGroup
