@ViCustomerCare Please register this as a complaint regarding the poor network in my village, there is a tower available in my village, but doesn't have power backup hence very poor network connectivity during power cut (4-5 hours a day)

@airtelindia always keep thier words but @VodafoneGroup never. I received a call after complaining to vi for high bill that ₹250+Gst will be waived off from my bill instead of 450 but that was just talks. @ViCustomerCare improve. #BudgetKe2021 #COVIDIOTS
