    @ViCustomerCare Worst network the only reason for down is the network even call do not connect at once. And the network is only 2G

    @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi mobile internet is not working despite having an active plan and sufficient data. This is causing serious inconvenience. Please check and resolve the issue urgently. Kindly share the complaint/ticket number and escalate if required. #Vi #ViIndia
