    @vodafone @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 Not able to receive calls from last 1 mnth, while network is full n I can make calls, I raised issue multiple time to Customer care n they confirm it will resolve within 48 hrs but still not able to receive calls.

    @ViCustomerCare @PrimeVideoIN I’m using Vodafone postpaid connection from last one year, last month one of the customer care guy provided me 450rs dis same still not processed, and many times mailed your appellate authority same didn’t get any reply or resolution, really getting pathetic service, please sort

    @ViCustomerCare 15th also passed but still no one from VI Network Team came to resolve the issue. Only calling to ask to assure that your issue will be resolved asap. I am just waiting for that day for the last 15 days.

    @ViCustomerCare Area: Farrukhabad. I have recharged my number with 4g pack of 4gb but i am getting 2g network from your company. I have called your customer executives 5 times but everytime problem gets solved by 2-3 days and network quality again goes bad. @ViCustomerCare
