    @ViCustomerCare Hi Akib, seems there is no improvement in call quality. I couldn’t even give instructions to delivery guy yesterday. Imagine the same in case of medical emergency. If call quality problem persists, I may soon port out. Thank you!

    @ViCustomerCare couldn't login on VI app from past 4-5 days. Either OTP comes after 10 mins or the app displays server down/ no internet

    @ViBusinessIndia Worst service experience!! I just ordered a new prepaid sim via app but now it been two days!! there is no revert or call back. Even i told them i need that sim ASAP (As Soon As Possible) But Still My Query not Resolved. Worst Worst Experience!! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i Have reverted in DM. However nobody has contacted me. This seems to be the regular modus operandi of Vi Team. The customer gets so frustrated that in the end he shifts out to a different network due to sheer negligence as is the case here.
