@vishalsheth @ViCustomerCare Agree with you @vishalsheth ... VI Customer care only know to send bot templates and no action they take .... Maximum they call since it was posted in social media.... Zero trust and confidence on VI giving 5G exp when they are incapable for 4G... Don't fool people VI

@ViCustomerCare I tried raising my issue and seek gor solution here on twitter but the experience here was even worse. Everytime I kept getting calls and was being shouted by your executives. They would fo it everytime and disconnect the call. Harassment calls.

.@ViCustomerCare is so useless. I want to make a complaint of my idea sim not working for calls, internet, SMS..anything..and they keep asking me for the OTP received on the number to proceed! Aray SMS aa raha hota smoothly toh complaint hi kyu karti! 😑😖

@ViCustomerCare My grandmother broke her simcard. Now to replace she has to visit the store. She is 80+. You guys should have home service for such cases. Disappointed.

@ViCustomerCare My grandmother is 80+. She broke her sim card. Your executive says she will have to visit the store to get a new sim card. I asked her about home service but she confirmed you guys don't have any. This is so disappointing. Please help. She can't visit the store!
