@ViCustomerCare There is no power back up system in Vi at ranipet circle. If power off or shutdown, we didn't get signal from Vodafone. Why, they collect lot of money from us. But no proper arrangements for like this issues. Need proper solution

Must bring it to notice @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare that 4G network coverage/signal especially inside commercial buildings is poor. The network falls to 2G/EDGE. Here, I am specifically mentioning E-city (Blore) areas (Pincode-560100) Kindly improve network coverage & speed.
