  Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.   @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Another copy-paste apology and DM request. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Regulators and Vi need to act in the open, not push customers into private chats.
