    Rs 98/- was deducated from my account by forcefully activating VAS.. DND service is already active in my phone and I've not opted for any VAS. No call or sms received. Kindly don't cheat a customer like this. Refund my balance and deactivate the VAS. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
