    @ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra - for your attention given the urgency. My mother’s number has been suspended since today morning based on a service ticket which has not been initiated by us. Given her age and medical history it is quite concerning as no contact could be established with her.

    @ViCustomerCare ,@VodafoneGroup - your network still remains the worse even after these many years of service..my number got deactivated for last 15 days and whenever I do call you guys..I am told it will be verified in a day..and the day never comes..#frustrated

    @ViCustomerCare Thing is I doubt your speed of your customer service also. If I have confidence on any service provider that they can deliver SIM in few hours and new SIM starts working in a day, I will happily choose that service. I’m wondering if management of these companies tracking SLA.
