    @ViCustomerCare Dear valuable future customers, please note VI doesn't have installed a tower to send proper 2g/3g/4g signals to send to in Delhi (one of the biggest metropolitan cities) India. Forget about this product, Save your money, save your peace of mind. Neither customer support is (1/2)

    Worst carrier service in India @ViCustomerCare . Unable to send UPI sms via any app. Rude customer care and 0 help on customer care center of VI. Same services are working perfectly on my second sim (JIO). Porting to @airtelindia, hoping for better services.

    @ViCustomerCare is it possible to avail the outgoing porting facility with the recharge of Rs79? (Although in plans, it's clearly mentioned "No Outgoing SMS"). I really wanna port out from Vi network. No Vi 4G site within 3 Km distance.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare register a complaint that I am suffering problem in using internet from few days internet speed is not consistent and video is buffering. Sometimes speed is good and in next sec it become very slow . Resolve this problem within 30 mints

    @ViCustomerCare very worst experience I have with Vi care. I have a prepaid mobile number of 9787477275 is more than 6 years I am using this. I was contacting Vi prepaid care at 14th feb 22 for changing ESIM. Vi care representative told me first you should change postpaid sim

    @ViCustomerCare Something's wrong with your network at the location that I put up. The network signal on my phone is always full but couldn't hear a thing sometimes when I make a call or answer it. Pls have this fixed or else I'll be looking to port to different operators
