  @ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Internet isn’t working despite payment. Your team asked me to wait 4 days, missed the promised callback time, and the issue is still unresolved. Unacceptable delay & service deficiency. Need immediate resolution & compensation for the inconvenience caused.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is my final request. Despite recharging with a 1-year plan, I'm still unable to receive incoming calls. I have raised multiple complaints yet no effective solution has been provided. Your team first promised resolution by 19th July still it isn't resolved!!

  @vodafone @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare We have had no network for the last 4 days. Location: Dahanu, Palghar – 401601 No calls, no mobile internet—completely disconnected. Kindly restore the network immediately and compensate/extend the service for the 4-day outage.
