@ViCustomerCare Handle your customers with care..looks like you have wrong number on cust. Sat. My SR keeps getting closed without resolution. That's how you get you CSAT numbers. Being loyal for 10 years now I look forward to say good by Vi.

@VodafoneIN In the era of 5g vodafone is not able to provide quality 2g service. It need to shut down their business from India. Still Idea is better than vodafone. Don't know what is the benefit of merger.

@ViCustomerCare Port my sim from JIO to VI, In hope of better connectivity. Get it done today. Atleast i was getting some speed in JIO now I'm trapped in VI **** speed. Can't port my SIM back to JIO till 90 days. Getting frustrated ....
