    @ViCustomerCare After having a verbal argument your employee he took his word back then made some excuse of getting approval from head office and gave the same number again. Instead of your employees forcing us to buy new postpaid connection or premium number they should focus on the issue.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to notify you of a scam running by you. I combined my two numbers into a family plan more than 3 months back. Now I want to split it but Vi is trying every bit to not do that. Hanging up calls, stalling for resolution again and again. Ticket: 3-151099229072

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India This is ridiculous. Vi number +919582050404 has made nearly 18,000 spam calls in 60 days. TRAI bans regular numbers for marketing. Stop the excuses and shut it down.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is running a scam where they pull customer in to a Family Plan and then prevents from letting then leave it. I have been trying for almost a week now. Paid all the bills. But they are not deactivating it. Always say wait for 24-48 hours. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare “we are reviewing the concern.” Either resolve the issue with a proper written explanation and reverse the disputed charge, or clearly tell me that Vi is refusing to resolve it.
