@siddhubhimani @VodafoneIN Yes you are right, Now vodafone metwork and services are too pathetic. Facing same concern in my area and i am compaining since 12.08.2020. No actions taken yet. Only complaint closing they are doing to maintain their target and achievements.

@VodafoneIN @youbroadband there are multiple similar complaints like mine and are yet to be resolved. I think there is some serious issue with your customer service. Either you don't have workforce or people are not willing to work.

@Jeona_Varinder @ViCustomerCare Yup some plans have vi charge 1 gb per day but same charge jio give 2 gb per day. This situation I choose jio . But jio connection speed very slow I don't waste my daily data pack so this situation I choose vi because her connection speed very fast ( I pay more money)

@ViCustomerCare Network issues-- intermittent and frequent call drops everyday. Having 4g volte set and sim, but losing volte on every call, network changes to 2g, internet disconnected, again need to switch to 4g manually.
