Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

@VodafoneIN Situation has forced me to discontinue the plan and go for prepaid. Unfortunately it comes at a cost of 1.25 month excess rental and waste of precious time. Real question remains unanswered about increase in tariff and hoax customer care. Hence I want @TRAI to act.

@VodafoneIN never misses to trouble me. They did my post to pre request after 5 days. But they didnt do the recharge of 501₹ to my account which they took from me 5 days back Now i am not able to call or receive calls. Thank you @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare The 4G internet speed is slower than even a 2G network in my area (Nalanda, BR) from past 10 days. Whenever i call the customer care they just do some formalities and finally say that "just wait for 4 hrs, maintainance is going on". This 4 hrs never end for u ppl.
