@VodafoneIN I am really thankful to you guys to solve the issue previously. However, we are facing issues with Internet now. Connection loss frequently and get super low speed.. Need to restart mobile data in few minutes to resume connection. Sending you gps location with this.

@pib_comm why don't goverment take an action by panalty on call drop or slow internet speed prividing by the telecome company @ViCustomerCare.Even they are collecting higher charges on IVR calling on any customer care but the network quality they are decreasing day by day. Shame

@ViCustomerCare Hello Vi, I raised C004-133055812513 for change of address. Vi store created copy of my aadhar and attached it to above ticket. Ticket got rejected saying incomplete/invalid info. I've sent a detailed email to customercare. Can someone please help?
