Dear @ViCustomerCare it's been an routine that in every 2 - 3 days of interval your so called giganet gets affected. I mean why?? What is wrong with the network?? Why is it fluctuating?? Why common man work has to be affected??

@ViCustomerCare 5 trips to the store in a week, submitted whatever is been asked, still no service. IF you want us to give on Vi just let us know. This is absolutely insane, no escalation point see the same faces and assurance of service restoring.
