@ViCustomerCare Hi team, I raised every month Network related complaint twice/thrice but problem yet not resolve. Today since 11AM NO network and unable to make call nor receive any calls. Believe such bad network service then how will continue with Vodafone??

Hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been using your sim for 5 years. Day before yesterday the sim stopped working, customer care told me that the sim is registered on someone else's ID. I have this number registered on all my banking platforms. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?

@ViCustomerCare vi is soo pathetic and disgrace. Even after 12 years of using service, a simple request of opting out of family plan is not caterd. 198 tells to go to VI store. store asks to call 198. wasted 5 days and still work not done. disgrace and pathetic
