Hi @ViCustomerCare Please help with my network speed and connection drop issue, im tired of calling customer care everyday. I think I will have to port into any other good service provider. Im using 4gb per day plan.

@ViCustomerCare Your Agent who called from number 9873593922 fraudently tried to cancel my porting request. On call they dupingly asked me to send "Cancel <my Vi number>" to 1900 else I would be charged extra 600 on my account

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic network They talk about downloads and surfing - I cant open even the Google Tab. N Number of complaints were raised and the only rhetoric reply that I receive is that there is enough coverage of network in the location. Within 45 days I would say goodbye to Giganet
