    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @viiikashere Exactly what happened with another client of @ViCustomerCare whose very old @VodafoneGroup phone was also blocked all of a sudden leaving him scrambling for Bank and Aadhaar acces . Shame on Vodafone and also the Regulators regulating but overlooking such a terrible fiasco.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.
