    I’ve lost all trust in @ViCustomerCare A loyal overseas customer with a dead SIM, conflicting answers from customer care,Vi Store n WhatsApp, still no solution. The only options are fly to IND or transfer my no. Now I know Y people are prefer @airtelindia and @reliancejio over Vi

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, your network has become incredibly unreliable. Calls keep dropping, internet speed is painfully slow, and connectivity is inconsistent. It's frustrating to pay for a service that barely works. Please fix these issues and improve your network quality. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @itsmenizaar @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN Shortly I will also port from VI. How can they refuse porting. Are all bills paid? And what is the issue ? Pls share for others information.
