@ViCustomerCare charged multiple times on new activated Pre paid SIM. But still not reflecting in balance and number still out of service. Why such simple stuff is getting stuck ..that too when I'm trying to pay for. VI doesn't need pre-paid customer?

@RCTechnology3 @ViCustomerCare Brother let's try the Jio connection for corporate purposes. Their services are too good I will say. I was also stuck in the Airtel wala Drama but now I am happy with the Jio service. @JioCare please help here!!

@ViCustomerCare Horrible horrible network in Lucknow , I can imagine what would be the plight in rural areas of UP , if capital city doesn’t get good network ! Have now complained twice but still the issue is not resolved Then stop claiming being the no.1 network providers !
