    @ViCustomerCare Visited Vodafone gallery to replace my 8-year-old SIM due to poor network in my phone, Shocked to hear SIM replacement only possible after converting to postpaid. Is this company policy or misinformation from your ghatkopar east gallery??

    @ViCustomerCare I have just ported two SIM cards from Jio to Vi. The Vi network is very poor in my location. The internet is not working at all and I am also facing a lot of problems with calling. I had complained but there was no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my number from Jio to Vi. Your service partner told me that after porting the SIM, you have to recharge for Rs 299, in that you will get unlimited data for one month, so I got unlimited data. After this I stopped getting unlimited data.
