@ViCustomerCare I had a perfectly working 4G sim card. Suddenly it lost signal. Upon complaining CC, I was told I would get a free sim need to visit store. I did and I was obliged to pay 75/- what's the point? Sim wasn't damaged. It malfunctioned. P.S. this is not an upgrade.

I have changed my network from Airtel to Voda 5 months ago and now @ViCustomerCare is saying that Airtel have taken back my number in their network. Are these telecom companies don’t need customer approval? As a customer don’t we have any rights? @airtelindia @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare sorry state of affairs. to convert postpaid to prepaid..went to service centre at pune. after putting online request and waiting 40 min was told mumbai number can b done prepaid only in mumbai. Are we in digital Era? Same work was done at airtel number in 30 min
