2-when actually needed. Maps didn't get loaded in time and calls were missed coz of poor connectivity. Inspite of repeated attempts with the customer service representative nothing changed. Post the trip was presented with the bill in thousands, @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare WHT kind of jokers you have in the name of customer service team? Store guys tell no need for any document wait for 24 hrs.. Then your social media guys call to tell me that they will reply to my mail in 24 hrs. Then your team tells me to visit store again..
