    @VodafoneIN Hi Team cleared d cookies bt for APN setting it's a dongle not mobile.pls confirm if any support is provided at ground,I feel we going round in circles,each time I follow up with Vodafone,u provide same troubleshooting like clean cookie,hope you are taking my complaints seriously

    @ViCustomerCare You have the worst customer care service, the money gets deducted automatically. Your customer care executives cut calls in between the conversation when they don't have answers.This has happened 8 times this month. Also, why don't you send OTP for port requests?

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday I gave Rs 300 to your customer executive Rajiv Malik for recharge. He told me recharge will be done. But it has not been done & mobile number of Rajiv Malik is switched off. You r going to loose 1000 customers frm my organization because of this attitude

    @ViCustomerCare I had asked for discontinuation of Netflix subscription and got a confirmation from your end last week, now I find that it has been renewed again without my knowledge and billed to my account. Cancel the subscription & reverse the billing immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare I will switch to Jio if you won't install VI 4G tower in Kamarga , Raigarh, Chhattisgarh,496113. Why I will use VI 2G internet when there is Jio 4G network? Similarly everyone in my village will switch to Jio . Some have already switched. @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    @PankajD97562469 @ViCustomerCare Port out is the only solution.i have faced the issue of slow data speed over 4 month but there's no minimum resolution from 'Virus of India '(Vi).
