@ViCustomerCare I am not giving up, I got frustrated by the worst service from Vi. Your team is just doing timepass and closing ticket without my concern and creating new ticket sot that they will get 4-5 days more for not to work. Never faced this type of worst service from any providers.

@Skyvallker My experience with @ViCustomerCare has been lousy just recently.I complained for slow internet and got no resolution except for urbane phone calls assuring resolution.Would be best porting away.

Calling to your call center does not get the correct answer Do you file a complaint only when the customer has another number to complain? If it is not so then why is my problem not solved? my whole village is waiting for your 4G service in 12am to 5am (night) @ViCustomerCare

Without user authorization and full DND activation, Vi is deducting balance in the name ofPlayer's Club - 60 Days Pack Digital is activated. @DoT_India Kindly intervene as this is happening for twice, balance deducted but not refund on complaint to @ViCustomerCare DM for details

@ViCustomerCare I have connectivity issue. Many a times the caller doesn't reach me. Half way through,the call drops. The least said the better it is for data card. Recently I had been to Bhubaneswar. Your data card didn't work at all. I had to depend on my Jio card.
