@VodafoneIN Hi Team cleared d cookies bt for APN setting it's a dongle not mobile.pls confirm if any support is provided at ground,I feel we going round in circles,each time I follow up with Vodafone,u provide same troubleshooting like clean cookie,hope you are taking my complaints seriously

@ViCustomerCare Just found out that VI stores in Mumbai are open till 7pm but all work of taking new requests are stopped after 6.30pm on account of Back office closed. How does this work?? VI want us to visit the store but don't allow them to help customers, is this company policy???

@ViCustomerCare I don’t understand whats happening I am unable to use unilimited 5G in a different state. No T&C has any information about you can’t use 5G in other state. Secondly I regret porting to Vi, customer care is awful as hell.
