@VodafoneIN Hi Team cleared d cookies bt for APN setting it's a dongle not mobile.pls confirm if any support is provided at ground,I feel we going round in circles,each time I follow up with Vodafone,u provide same troubleshooting like clean cookie,hope you are taking my complaints seriously

@ViCustomerCare My phone no 9989135363 is not working since Tuesday. There is full signal on phone but when i call it takes long time and says "Call Failed" and also i am not receiving incoming calls. This all happened suddenly from Tuesday onwards.

@ViCustomerCare I'm getting no network from past 2 weeks.have complained through vi app, vi helpline and store still no result. So I got no other option then to port to other network What would I do of binge all night when I get no network. 2 weeks is long time if you guys understand.

@ViCustomerCare My wife had taken international roaming pack while travelling to Germany. She paid 7000 for the 28-day pack but could make outgoing calls only for few days. For more than 20 days she couldn't make calls. Despite complaints, the issue was not fixed. We want refund.
