    @ViCustomerCare I am not happy with your services. I have been your customer for more than 10 years.Although,I use this number rarely,I continue to recharge but now I am either switching to other providers or closing the account. Can't believe you are unable to serve anymore.

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is simple! By dialling *99# we can use UPI service like sending money ,check balance without internet. But in the last step it's giving error " system error " I don't knw if it's a bank issue or network provider issue! That's why I tagged both. @ICICIBank @TheOfficialSBI

    @ViCustomerCare So acc to Bot Cust Care Exec of VI. Rameshwaram is 1300km from Srilanka. After Q’ng, he quotes “Sir u r lying it is 1300km, TN is up, SL is down to India”.This is quality level. He is just not listening n speaking same thing like Bot. M “Happy to help” with Google Maps.
