@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

No internet throughout my journey from Mumbai to pune. Are you really adding a tower every hour or removing it @VodafoneIN. Had to use jio for data. Really very disgusted with the service from you guys..😠😠😠😠

@ViCustomerCare Very poor network at my job area. Can't call someone or cant received someone's call. Not even able to send whats app msg or send emails from last 10 days. Location : road number 2, near Kheteshwar hotel, Sachin GIDC, Surat. Can't expect this from Vodafone

@atulkarmarkar @ViCustomerCare I had the same experience with @Airtel_Presence. After multiple escalations, they determined all (every single one of them) spam messages as "service in nature". I just gave up on it after. Stopped reporting it.

Now this one- Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. UPE-V00862326474. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198(Toll Free) within 30days. @ViCustomerCare are u a laughter company?
