No internet throughout my journey from Mumbai to pune. Are you really adding a tower every hour or removing it @VodafoneIN. Had to use jio for data. Really very disgusted with the service from you guys..😠😠😠😠

@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

Dear @ViCustomerCare I was presented with a bill including charges (1294.96rs)for the calls which I did not make. After raising the concern received a complaint number. @ViCustomerCare closed the case without investigation & issued 500rs waiver in bill amt. #poorservice

@ViCustomerCare You can't asist, bcoz it's not technical problem.. it is problem of your recharge structure, why you want ppl to pay extra for SMS, while they have balance in numbers.. @TRAI should take action against this type corrupt practices by sim providers
