@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

@ViCustomerCare Since yesterday i am facing issue in calling as well as internet. No Volte option at screen, sometimes convert into 3G. In second slot also, Sim 2 is Vi & it showing Volte. How it is possible at the same time same sim not working properly.

@ViCustomerCare Shame on you guys in case of such an emergency your network was the first to shut down. Is this how you claim to stand by and support your customers. You guys are quick to stop all services in case of a missed recharge but have absolutely no shame when your network fails.
