@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

@VodafoneIN @idea_cares @Airtel_Presence please remove the white background condition while capturing photo of retailer, we can take pic of customer in white background,but isn't possible always to take retailer pic in white background always 4sim act #TRAI

No internet throughout my journey from Mumbai to pune. Are you really adding a tower every hour or removing it @VodafoneIN. Had to use jio for data. Really very disgusted with the service from you guys..😠😠😠😠

What nonsensical network connection by #VodafoneIdeaIN in certain areas of Kidderpore Kolkata inspite of several assurances @ViCustomerCare to upgrade. In midst of Youtube video it changes from 4G to 2G. Acceptable? Company going for liquidation?

@ViCustomerCare Must say I am having a hard time understanding the customer support and no direction IVR options with vi. Genuinely concerned that there has been no mode available to address the no signal issues we are facing with a number. Yet another port request.
