@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

You @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp better launch ATLEAST wifi calling feature in Kerala and other states as well , the network is so messed up everywhere, even basic purpose of having normal call is not been able to fulfill. I’m literally done with this service.

@ViCustomerCare Unfortunately, neither Vodafone customer care not the social ream understand English. They don't answer the question asked but repeat standard statement. My VI prepaid connection is denied but no body is able to resolve. It seems that the VI doesn't know there software.
