    @VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

    No internet throughout my journey from Mumbai to pune. Are you really adding a tower every hour or removing it @VodafoneIN. Had to use jio for data. Really very disgusted with the service from you guys..😠😠😠😠

    Network providers like Vodafone have quietly removed outgoing SMS facility which is a core component of mobile services from their certain plans. I mean how is this even allowed? Ludicrous. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network i ever used . I have to call every 10 days for the networks complaint now from a day i am not having 4G networks . Missed my 4 classes due to this. Even my parents and brother have Vi sim we cant use internet from a day Soon i am porting out

    @ViCustomerCare when you can't fix the data issue with your customers why you even exist. Last time had same issue, you promised me this won't get repeated and just after renewal of plan a week ago you are again the worst service provider.

    Various apps like paytm and google pay also doesn't work on VI internet. I have to use vpn and then only i can use these apps. And there are large no of apps. All of these work fine oj jio and airtel. Solve or i will have to port man. Please look into it @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare This is a shame I need to borrow jio internet to tweet here. Internet is down since early morning but no one is listening...This is happening in every weekend. What is the use of data a rollover and night binge . Porting out tomorrow itself.
