@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

@ViCustomerCare @Sourabhyap I am using Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. It's in the supported list. I have enabled it too from the SIM Settings. Still it's not working. I have complained on this several time, but no resolution till date. Can someone resolve my issue??

@ViCustomerCare Much appreciated, But the problem is for the same issue earlier one service ticket is opened and it's closed without users confirmation, now the same issue arise again Please work to fixed instead of open and closed service tickets.

Pathetic services provided by @ViCustomerCare . I am being charged twice each month for my Netflix membership. Netflix was provided as complementary as part of my post paid plan. Neither @ViCustomerCare or @netflix has any clue about the problem.
