    @ViCustomerCare Since last 3 months I am trying to get a sim replacement for my lost sim with no luck. When I call customer care for help, they say only vi store can help you. But is not capable of solving my issue since September 2022.

    @ViCustomerCare how incredibly stupid are you guys? There's a full DND on my number & I still get at least 2 calls a day from y'all for some crap plans! Sort your nonsense out. Invest money in your pathetic network rather than paying fools to harass your existing customers.
