@ViCustomerCare Worst network ever I had complained before about the slow and worst speed of Vodafone . These people are just testing my patience , If this continues I won't be part of Vi. Unfortunately I wouldn't be having any option except to port my operator to some other companies ?

My plan got expired today for idea sim, i wanted to port to @reliancejio but now @ViCustomerCare is asking me to recharge for min. 128 to send single SMS to 1900, @TRAI , i am done with service why should i pay for 1 SMS?

@ViCustomerCare been trying to get in touch. No one has proper reply’s only saying that it’s working from our side. I am not able to function in a foreign country! No one of the customer care numbers are working!!
