Dear @VodafoneIN, Please deactivate your service in India when you can't provide network properly than please stop your service As u an see ur customer is reducing day by day if you make difficult situation we will move on other network

What the hell @ViCustomerCare? I have recharged for Callertune service on 26th June, 2021 but VAS is showing deactivated. When I called your customer care they are adamant that I have deactivated it today. Bullshit.

@ViCustomerCare You can try calling my number and you will observe that the call does not connect. Without the VoLTE service having a Vi sim is as good as nothing. This has been happening frequently and I see no permanent solution offered by Vodafone.

@ViCustomerCare U guys are pathetic even after assuring me of problem resolution it is not resolved. I recharged again and didn’T get the balance I guess they are covering their losses by looting the customer .

@ViCustomerCare My balance is getting deducted for Sona Jeeto contest response. I have not participated in the same and have not given any response from my end. I will appreciate your response of this issue. BTW, your call center is of no help.
