    @ViCustomerCare - The worst. They just don’t respond or just keep making false promises of someone working on the issue. This is ridiculous and pathetic. Above 2 months and no support. I have asked you to cancel the connection. Even for that there is no response.

    but i they never called and closed thay SR too. Now tell me @ViCustomerCare what should I do? I ported from jio to Vi due to network problem and customer complain resolution issues but i guess i must port to Airtel again.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no signal in my vi sim from yday. Called cc multiple times. No resolution. First they committed a time of td 5 pm. Now they are saying cannot commit. I cannot make payments and do anything cozz of no sig. I regret making vi my primary sim. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare - Have some shame to scam customers with hidden sneaky charges! You take years to resolve this issue? You keeps sending scripts that someone is working blah blah for days now. What a lousy service! Absolutely pathetic! That’s why none wants to continue with you.

    @ViCustomerCare “गली गली शोर है वोडाफ़ोनआइडिया चोर है” Vi is doing fraud with Indians, Vi service is worst and your customer support is very very poor and careless. Vi is cheap, fraud, bogus, fake, poor, lewd company.
