    Dear @VodafoneIN, Please deactivate your service in India when you can't provide network properly than please stop your service As u an see ur customer is reducing day by day if you make difficult situation we will move on other network

    @ViCustomerCare i Ported from Jio to Vi. Jio SIM is switched off, but Vi network is still not active. Due to this, I missed my office cab today. Worst first experience with Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Incredibly dumb, their support people are. They replied me , that they have refunded me amount on my request, like they did a very good job. I clearly told them I did not request cancellation. Keep money from my side as tip , tell me reason why you cancelled it?

    @ViCustomerCare When raise a complain they will say sir we cannot do anything please do another recharge. I have literally not used any of the data given to me. @DoT_India please have a rule so user can atleast upgrade there plain in such cases. I am sure I am not the only one facing this issue

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Again the network issue—no signal, no calls, no data. This has become unbearable. If this isn’t fixed, I will port out the day 90 days are completed. Please share the porting code and resolve this urgently. #ViDown #Frustrated

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my Jio SIM to Vi, but the retailer has not activated the mandatory initial recharge. I don’t have the retailer’s details. My SIM is inactive now. Please look into this urgently and help resolve the issue. #ViSupport #PortInIssue

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel I Made a biggest mistake by porting out my postpaid sim to Vi, please raise a ticket and share the ticket number with the confirmation that number is available for reactivation, I will go to the store for reactivation. Repeating same message in inbox is not a resolution thanks
