Dear @VodafoneIN, Please deactivate your service in India when you can't provide network properly than please stop your service As u an see ur customer is reducing day by day if you make difficult situation we will move on other network

@ViCustomerCare I’m facing network issue since yesterday 25/03/21 for my postpaid connection. 4G is not working and also I am getting very low speed connectivity. I have activated 499 plan also but still no change in speed and connectivity. Please help urgently.

What kind of behaviour is this @ViCustomerCare Can't use a simple whatsapp like app since this morning. You guys are providing absolute ****** service, at least keep up your service in MP-CG circle where you claim of best service. You are forcing me to change my service provider.

@ViCustomerCare you people are really not caring for customers. In Hirakud (Pin code- 768016), every alternate day from evening to night time, internet service is so poor that unable to make WhatsApp video calls..this is going in from last 20 days..you charge good money but...

@ViCustomerCare But this problem is accross Virar so how would only me follow your link and get set for my self only. Maybe it is your tower problem. There would be no towers around the areas..because of which people are facing the problem.. please check it

@ViCustomerCare All the 3 phones facing same is sue. Some times if we are lucky network gets connected. Since last 5 years there was no issue and suddenly from monday network issues like - while calling it says "Call Failed" Incoming call says ', Not Reachable

@ViCustomerCare My Ph No 9989135363 . I have 3 numbers linked to it . Using since 5+ years one fine day on Monday network issue started. I visited Ameerpet store. Changed my sim. Still same issue. I am not able to send sms & receive and same with calls.

@ViCustomerCare is the most high handed service provider. I have paid for 11 months and Vodafone is asking for 14 months payment in a year. Refuses to sort out issues. Does not cancel the connection after multiple requests. Harasser.
