    @ViCustomerCare hi Team, I've replaced my old sim with new sim for the same number 7795289313, at vi mini store in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh on 24th April 2021. It is not activated yet. I was told it will be activated within 4 hours. Now I can't go to the store again. Pls help.
