    @ViCustomerCare Sir I have booked a number online on 23 may 2026 , it's been one week no delivery has been made. Also went to my local VI centre and they asked they are unable to deliver my sim since it's prepaid. I have paid 199 online .pls help Order id - DHCD23052628952

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare
