    @ViCustomerCare don't try to call me again and again. You can't retain me now, however I do few more Vi numbers in my family so if you have guts to improve your service I challenge you show me that you can improve ,rest we don't have money to waste on your service.

    @VicustomerCare My simcard is damaged & i have got new simcard from your VI store. my number is under corporate a/c so Vi store cannot activate new sim card. I have raised 5 complaints against the activation of aim card but yet its not done. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare #9825801510. I recharge IR pack ₹ 295 on 24 April. But due to some technical issues of "Vi" I resumed service of IR on 20th May. I would like to register a complaint to refund the amount of non use days service of IR. Or count activation date on 20th May.
