@ViCustomerCare Let anybody view it and see how you treat your customers. Would like to tell you that I had a phono with #vi supervisor. He assured me that the SIM will be activated within 24 hours and told me that the paid amount will be refunded. Just waiting for the action now.

@ViCustomerCare I had my sim exchanged as earlier SIM card got damaged. It's been more than 4 hours and the network is still not active. How long will it take for the network to resume? Request you to revert on priority. Thanks.
