@VodafoneIN i am complainig for this problem for second time. If u can take a note. After evey call of volte there is a service message which transfer network from 4g to 3g which breaks the ongoing net download so please do something for the aanoying service message.

@ViCustomerCare Srinivas, u people are so accustomed to replying typically thr u don’t even read message if number is not given. It’s a tower fault. Now too 790106 area has only 4G network with 0-kbps speed which is No Dat Transfer possible. Not even surfing. Only messaging possible. Pls rectify

Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare. I can get messages from anywhere, but not your OTP's, means the OTP required for app access. Pathetic coverage of network and net at my location. When I message for Port Out, you send messages on WhatsApp without permission. DND # but get calls

@ViCustomerCare every one is similarly facing network problems within their home locations who are still connected to vi Network hence they should also change their operator like Me and do not stay there where your importance gets lost after staying
