@ViCustomerCare bkawss internet , bakwas calling 20th complaint , all the time without any solution compaint closed , now i want to remove my redx plan , why i pay you 1200rs the same , pls arrange to reimburse my all money, or arrange to remove the redx plan without any penalty.

@ViCustomerCare My service is now discontinued from past one & half months due to non payment (which i m not gona pay unless u restore my old plan of 399) is this some new kind of extortion trick that u guys have imposed. Have u guys ever thought how pathetic ur service

Dear @ViCustomerCare your internet service in this era is truly poor. Both my mom and dad uses the network since it was hutch... I use hotspot from my mom's cell and I connect it with mine the net is so poor that it does not load what's app stories and Instagram news feed. 2 POOR

@ViCustomerCare Frauded by Vi customer care agent. Changed other prepaid nos. of my family to a family plan. You stopped outgoing call in two of my family numbers due to unverified address as system fault of system. All are business nmbrs. Facing huge loss. #Help @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare When i didn't pay it u guys discontinued my outgoing, i was assured on call that if pay remaining 700 something u guys will restore my old plan & my service would resume . When i paid u guys didn't restore my old plan . Plus send me an additional bill of 1100
