  @ViCustomerCare Vi , you better shutdown completely . I'm very much disappointed , very poor net speed I'm getting since last 1-2 months , it's too much , i recharged for 4gb/day but hardly a gb is consumed , just because of the poorest net speed by vi !!

  @ViCustomerCare My issue not resolved, still unable to send sms from my number, I dont how your customer exec anaya messaged issue addressed (check inbox). I visited Vi store RR pet, eluru 534002 to get my sim replaced, Vi Exec krishnaveni was unable to get sim replaced. This is what hell is

  @ViCustomerCare I’m sorry you guys just didn’t care enough. 24 hours is too big a window to sort out problems for an OTP without which I cannot make financial transactions . 🙄
