@ViCustomerCare absolutely pathetic network. It took 3 mins to find ur account on Twitter coz of the speed & connectivity that to in a city. Call drops are normal. Its high time either U improve or just watch people port to other service providers. Like I am considering. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare received a threatening call claiming to be from the recovery branch of vi threatening to disconnect a number which I am using and which doesn't even belong to Vi but to some other operator The lady was absolutely rude and continued to bad mouth and was abusive

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare they should send resolution details with remarks on action taken, warning details to customer. I believe #vi is not doing. Violation happening repeatedly & I doubt vi may be sharing customer data & don't give remarks on DND issue number as they have tie up. @TRAI

Hi @ViCustomerCare So this is the 3rd time in 2 months that Data on select apps has stopped working and no solution helps. Now instead of calling me countless num of times and making a pretense of fake concern,kindly refer to last 2 complaints and find the solution accordingly.
