@ViCustomerCare Hello Ranjani , I really appreciate your concern but I don't have any other smartphone to insert the SIM and I am too lazy to arrange one so let it be. And there is some issue with the 4G service in my area , it is not working properly and my friends also have the same complain.

@ViCustomerCare Do ASAP. I'm complaining for this matter since last two month. All the time your representatives told wait for five days five days and now, this is two month. This is very long period of time to improve. Do improvement otherwise told that we can't provide service so we can move.
