    @ViCustomerCare i have been trying to get my number activated. I'm a permanent resident in Canada and I want to keep my idea number active but because of me having an old sim my network is not working on the SIM. I am told that it can't be changed without a registered ID.

    @ViCustomerCare my plan got upgraded without consent 6 months ago and one of VI's customer agents told me that I have to call customer care and they will give me Rs 100 discount. but now I have called several times and they denied for discount & forced me to pay an upgraded bill

    @ViCustomerCare also last time I tweet my some issue but still not resolve by vi team that means customers are not important for you your wast working for money not for given value to customers iff this time my issue not getting resolve so I'm port my all vi network in other Sim.

    @ViCustomerCare such a pathetic internet connection you are providing. Have some decent service when you are charging such insane bucks. Will rather port to some other service provider rather than sticking with you.
