    @ViCustomerCare Still I am not getting solution from Vi, it's been 3 months but problem is still as it is... Only word coming from Vi costomer care now it will resolve,,, even I changed the circle but still I am not able to make call / call drop issue,,, please don't ask me for this month bill.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to use mobile data as it is not available and it has been gone for more than an hour now. Your network has become highly untrustworthy these days.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pethatic and cheap quality of 4g services ,worst and pethatic that even a single app cant load properly after 299 rs plan for a month ,very poor and worst quality of network even call cant connect properly

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, I just saw your reply that my area is not covered under adequate network zone. Can someone please reply when I can expect my area in adequate network zone? Or it not in any priority list. Expecting a genuine anwer no automated message please.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I have also submitted the documents after visiting the store. More than 12 hrs have passed. Still no resolution.
