  @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time.

  @ViCustomerCare Alert! Your 2.25 GB unused Data from Mon-Fri expires today! It is wrong policy. Data must be carried on till last date of plan expiry not in weekend. Customer may consume surplus data in any days of month expiry. It is lost of data & money for customers.

  @ViCustomerCare Hi , If I have an active plan with validity, will I get missed call SMS alerts? Is MCI free? The ₹45 pack says "Vi App alerts only". Please clarify difference between ₹45 pack vs MCI SMS service.

  I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare is doing unfair trade practices. After I ported out to @reliancejio , they keep bombarding me with calls, spamming, and threatening to block my number. The “port steps” they share are actually to cancel the port. @trai please set a limit on such calls.

  @ViCustomerCare There is severe network issue in my location... there is no voice teansmission in calls .. unable to talk to anybody since 4-5 days....
