  @ViCustomerCare sir I m always getting msg from VInto get recharge in my VI number. Problem is that your internet connectivity is so poor in my area that I m forced not to recharge because my internet will be totaly wasted . Either stop the messages or improve the network

  @ViCustomerCare terrible service despite multilpe requests im blocked on all calls msgs otps all transactions for 5 days now still no response this is my third tweet on issue im not recommending this network for anyone..terrible..it used to be good as idea

  @ViCustomerCare Now you have stared acting so mean that what to I say.. Activate VAS service from back end and deducted the money. O many times I have to complained regards this but not a single action taken from ur side. Aside ur r doing the same..Shame on this activity.
