    @ViCustomerCare This is how you troubleshoot - 1 chat support asks tonnes of questions and redirects user to email 2 email support asks the same questions again and again. does nothing. 3 twitter tries to corner the user in to DM and asks same questions again and again

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, There has been no Vodafone Idea (Vi) network in Vasant Nagri, Vasai East for the past 12 hours. Calls, SMS, and mobile data are all affected. This is causing major inconvenience. Please resolve the issue urgently and provide an update. #Vi #VodafoneIdea

    I had done the wrong number recharge & within one hour i raised the issue with @ViCustomerCare and they had asked me abt all the details and getting all the details after a week apx they called n said sry we can’t do anything Then y were u collecting details from me

    @ViCustomerCare It has been a long time, and I still haven't received any satisfactory response regarding my mobile number. I need my SIM reactivated as soon as possible. Is this really how you treat your customers? No one is listening or taking responsibility.
