    @ViCustomerCare Why only Patna has been 5G services in Bihar Jharkhand Circle, Connectivity is also poor in semi urban and rural areas. Can we have 5G launch in other prominent cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga and Dhanbad in 2026.

    @ViCustomerCare is shutting ? @AdityaBirlaGrp ? Customer care says..he can't text the link N app is not working for payment fully, he agrees, plz delete N download again N neither he can send link to download and he even can't text ticket nos we supported for 15 year for this ?

    The @vodafoneIN is going frm bad to worst .. horribly slow internet, call drops , excessive calling by telemarketing companies..

    @ViCustomerCare is doing a total fraud!! I recharged with ₹95 plan and I was promised to get 4 gb internet with this plan but guess what I received no internet with the plan!!! Never ever go for this fraud network!!! Worst sim ever!!

    @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago Maine network coverage issue ke liye complaint (Ref No: UPE-V02112738575) register ki thi. SMS ke anusar complaint ko 06 Jun 2026, 06:00 PM tak resolve hona tha, lekin abhi tak koi solution nahi mila hai. Poor network coverage ki wajah se calls aur
