  Utter shamelessness from fraud and scammer @ViCustomerCare No response to my request to deactivate Family Plan for 6 days now. Raised ticket 3-151077796071. Then escalation ticket 3-151099229072. But only lies and excuses. Everyone saying wait for 24-48 hours. Disgusting support.

  @ViCustomerCare As per mails and calls that should be delivered within 72 hours which means today I am supposed to get the same. Now it's about 7 PM, 12th Aug still no communication on delivering the SIM. What kind of service ?

  Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

  @ViCustomerCare subscription and activation records lies with Vi, not the customer. Also, instead of asking me to prove that I did not use the service, please check your own system records and verify whether I actually used Vi Movies & TV or watched any content through this subscription.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will send the same “please DM us” message? The problem is your numbers being used for marketing calls. Fix it publicly or admit you can’t control your own network.

  Trying to contact Vi customer support, but I haven’t received any response via email since morning. I’m also unable to connect with a customer support agent. Really disappointing customer service. @ViCustomerCare, please look into this.
