    @ViCustomerCare As expected your team called and refused to help. Told them I’ve been trying to port this out and I was told I will highlight to a senior a cut the phone. Huge problems with your customer service. @TRAI pls make a note of all this.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor service by Vodafone Idea (Vi). 3 din se internet band hai, DM me details dene ke baad bhi koi reply nahi. This is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP or I will port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Day 4 *********** a startup- Take a masterclass from Vodafone India DLT Services ( Not Working). Invoices not provided. No Support. Our startup not started due to VI inefficiency. No one listening in VI. Baki Sab Theek Hai

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing call drop problem since I ported out to Vi . I raised a complaint but all in vain . I think Vi is the worst network in the world.

    Please check your system. The VI tower in our village (Moti Rafudad 361170, Lalpur, Jamnagar) is down. DG (generator) is not running and there is no network. Kindly start the DG and restore services urgently. @ViCustomerCare #VI #NoSignal

    You have literally shared nothing. It's been 3 days and still no one has ever called me to deliver the sim. Very pathetic service from Vi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.
