@ViCustomerCare I am off network since 10 days now. Not Registered On Network, within Corporation Limits. 20 year old number. Complaint on 20th, before too. Said by 24th Resolution. On 24th told me to go to nearest shop. Meanwhile Vi app logged me out and asking OTP (which i dont recieve)

@ViCustomerCare Now VI Customer Care is saying that 9414780297 is a non VI number and I should visit VI Store again. Pathetic Service and when Backend Team has been trained to harass Customers how can Store Team help Customers. They will also follow what they have been tarined.
