@ViCustomerCare there is no network in our phones since evening. I can't even port to another network just because I did 1 year's recharge. No doubt your network has become terrible these days. Do something.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Vi promised for full refund of 25 may bill considering their poor service n associated cost to customer considering the long relationship. It was all fake they did a partial refund, Cheated and took the money from my 2000 payment..since then following up, zero TRUST i have.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Still charged for incoming vi customer care calls.. @ViCustomerCare why are you reluctant to raise complaints , y you din stop inflating the bill (check calls post 25 July) u owe us money for the torture .every month.. we not paying 273, u owe us money for incoming this month too
