    @ViCustomerCare my number 9474564546. I am shocked when I saw my bill amount of this month. Rs 520.84 with GST has been charged for activation of google play Tune Software, but never I have done this. So refund my money urgently otherwise I  complain consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare If you cannot arrenge a callback from your RF Engineer who is working on the ground, then please forget about it. On what grounds the SRs were closed ? What is the resolution provided ? This is height of unprofessionalism , other operator sends SMS asking my confirmation.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer executive testing the patience with Do you know how to take screenshot? If #vodafoneidea cc executives are not willing to work on weekends don't force them. Also train them how to be polite

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my phone last Saturday and the data has not been working since. I tried getting in touch with you customer service. Gave me BS timelines and solutions. Wasted hours with your poorly trained customer service people who hang up when they can’t solve an issue I am sure
