    @ViCustomerCare , successfully ported out 3rd number which I was using with idea sim card for past 8 years. This happened due to ****** customer care attitude, cheap business tactics. I have also given up 15 days service as a parting gift. Enjoy.

    @ViCustomerCare No Service international roaming in USA. Numerous complaints filed. I have repeated these settings many times but still no network. Already have filed a grievance in the consumer court. Share this post and spread the word if you are facing similar problem.

    @carfire1986 @ViCustomerCare My issues is resolved but you have to wait for long to get any resolution from them and also you have to follow up from your own, @ViCustomerCare shows very casual approach in solving issues.

    @ViCustomerCare my recharge ended a week ago u have already barred incoming services on my number. This is pathetic service. And how long do u wait after recharge expiration to disable incoming services to a number. Seriously never gonna trust vi ever again.

    @ViCustomerCare My outgoing calls are barred since yesterday. After doing Prepaid recharge, still till now the service is not resumed. I can't even call Customer Care helpline no. 1.Where should I ask for clarification of this whole issue? 2.What about the loss I had to suffered?
