    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Finally the incoming call issue has been resolved. The technical person confirmed issue was from Vii network. Suffered lossesBut still Vii issued a bill for last month. Unexpected service @ViCustomerCare Have 5 lines & It’s high time to move all to Jio now!

    @ViCustomerCare Whole incompetent workforce of VI presently working on VI payroll, responsible for downfall of VI, and the way Customer is being handled I can see soon it will be sold once again, No one knows in entire VI how Voicemail Box works, goodluck to VI.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged through vi app at 6:53am today with ₹99 pack amount is deducted but recharge not successful why. Pahle to dikha raha tha vi aap mein refund process refund process ab to vah bhi nahin dikha raha hai ISI se Ham pareshan Hain ho sakta hai to iske bad main port out

    @TRAI We are not getting 4g in sokkanur west -642109 for net. We are just getting 2g with which we couldn't even make proper 2g calls with frequent call dropsm we couldn't even call customer care. No use of many complaints to @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial . Pls rectify the issue

    @ViCustomerCare As soon as i will get duplicate sim tomorrow from vi Store , i will instantly switch to another network Airtel or Jio , There is no point Sim is stopped working Suddenly , plus your service is totally mess , no point of Using pathetic 4g serivce on my 5g mobile
