  @ViCustomerCare Why didn't you guys resolved it earlier. why i got the message about the resolution of complaint yesterday. when i called back for reassurance of my complaint they lied that its still active & ill get call today from your side & i ddnt recieve any call today. This happened twice

  @Jaynic2101 @ViCustomerCare They do it quit often...my complaint too was not resolved in real but they sent me message that its resolved.. when i call 198 they say its active and ill recieve a call tomorrow but i didnt.. tomorrow never comes untill its too late...and for VI its never late...

  @ViCustomerCare 7004848591...previously it was jio number but due to poor network of jio.. I and many have ported number to VI.. But now jio has installed his new tower... So now again I will port out from VI to jio..

  @ViCustomerCare complaint 3 time re open but not give any solution very bad Network issue no speed of internet and telling fastest vi internet in my home no any rang very bad Quality of network every time go outside home for calling this is not good take money recharge butnetwork
