Ur @ViCustomerCare executives are working for salery purpose only i think.bcz they never take actions.simply says'no sir','we cant sir',these type of answer only they given.many years i faced problems with vodafone.but recent times i faced more but no solutions.thats my problem

@ViCustomerCare Just call to 199 your executive say my sim is block. Again I should go an collect the sim . You people think iam a fool roaming in sun . Already got 2sim but couldn't active again I should take third sim . Why Vodafone making fool past 48hrs my issue is not resolved.

Worst @ViCustomerCare ... Worst @vodafone @vodafonein1 ... For message validity one pack.. For call validity one pack..if we cant recharge this particular packs then recharge unlimited packs....if i say take comlpaint they didn't...suppose they took complaint they took no action

@TRAI Everytime I raise ucc sms complaint via DND app to @ViCustomerCare , they close it saying CDR does not match - TAP. There is some blunder going on. They are not taking actions and closing the tickets as they wish.
