@ViCustomerCare As per @ViCustomerCare, it’s “policy” for executives to refuse service and throw customers out if they don’t have exact change. Sorry for expecting ₹140 back from ₹200 for a ₹60 fee. Won’t assume basic math again.

@ViCustomerCare I dont want to be called. STOP making calls. I have DND activated still you guys are calling 5-10 times everyday and only vodafone music plays noone speaks.. You can see Truecaller showing its Vi numbers.. why would you call me for a complaint to stop spam calls. Just stop them.

@ViCustomerCare #Nevergethelp 7 months & network have same issue shared all details with okla test proof. Lastly 17 October get a call from local @ViCustomerCare engineer tell him to visit site between 23-30 any day . No response after that. since yesterday its worse no help from local engineer

Hello @ViCustomerCare,I ported my number from Jio to Vi on 3rd Nov 2025 at 9:29 AM, but my SIM is still not active. It's been more than the usual porting time. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. Number: 8218022165 UPC used correctly.Please look into it urgently. @JioCare
