    @ViCustomerCare On today 10 am to 2 pm no net connection in entire Tripura (North East Circle). Totally pathetic. Is it Vi service? Today i haven't attended any online classes due to Vi poor net connection.Totally worst customer service forever.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @PMOIndia Is there any logic to send me a bill of Rs.1700. however, my bill amount should be 750. Why you guys mis guided the customer in the name of free ota platform service and when a user claim it you just add tht amount in their bill.Pls chck 7060200899
