    @ViCustomerCare What has changed, Vi? Please clarify. I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.

    I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    Facing a serious network issue in Pune. Despite having an active recharge, I’m unable to make or receive calls or even use mobile internet on my SIM. This is causing major inconvenience. Please look into the network issue in Pune and resolve it ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ Not able to recharge for minimum amnt , data for a day /2 day/ 3 day and minimum amnt recharge with no service validity at the time of urgency and sometime to keep sim active . This is totally compulsion from your end and Unfair Trade Policy ,

    @ViCustomerCare Please prioritize 5G deployment, network coverage, call drop issues and internet performance across UP, especially in areas where signals are still weak or unavailable. We genuinely want to stay with and support #VinowVineed to show the same commitment to its UP customers. 🙏🇮🇳

    I am a subscriber of Vodafone Idea. I am experiencing significant network issues at my place of residence. For the past two months, the network connectivity has been poor, I've called the call center several times, but I haven't received any response yet. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worst customer care service. Complaint opened by customer , closed by backend team without giving resolution. Now telling to open 2nd complaint which I'm sure will get closed as per comfort of thr team. My 1st complaint is still unresolved. @TRAI
