    @ViCustomerCare call. She once even pretended not to hear my voice and disconnected the call. I have recorded each and every call and can provide it for evidence. Today I called again in the night instead of morning to just to avoid Bhargavi and finally got my answer. It was not a resolution at

    @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable. Your retention team promised a ₹100 monthly discount on the ₹451 postpaid plan. After changing my plan, customer care says no such offer exists. This is misleading. I've lost all trust in Vi and will port out this morning.
