@ViCustomerCare is worst in service even thier own store person don't rely on their mail and instructions, customers is suffering from 12 days due number suspension but no action is taken. I will never recommend any body to buy @VodafoneGroup SIM Card. I will visit store by 2/n

@ViCustomerCare I have done MNP from JIO to VI but I am unable to use VOLTE in VI( As communication got by VI agent.due to merging new sim or some sim does not support VOLTE and we are working on it.) In this serious situation everyone worrying about 5G but VI has always problem.
