@ViCustomerCare the details have been already shared. Can you please let me know the dues of charges so that I can pay for it and let me go easily? Your representative was not able to connect even after 6 tries. I can not be in the network which won't allow connecting.

@ViCustomerCare ,my handset is 4Gvolte supported bt i m not able to make the call through Volte.Everytime i make a call, the network switches to 2G and 3G.meanwhile another Vi number of my brother is supporting the 4Gvolte in my handsets (redmi note 10 Pro max). Plz resolve it.

Dear @ViCustomerCare Can you please stop harassing people by making 10 calls in the morning, because a customer decides to port out, that too when he gets "E" and pays for "4G" and gets ZERO network in rooms, have to be in my balcony take a call. STOP CALLING ME.🤬🤬🤬
