@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Hi Sir , Same happened with me , ported 4 sim from Vodaphone postpaid. Then deposited extra 50 50 rupees for each sim . Then went to VI store and cleared all due , still they send sms since last 2 years and say 400 rupees are pending . please help ..

@ViCustomerCare All this selective gifting & asking to post on @Twitter looks like an orchestrated byt failed marketing attempt. @ViCustomerCare — I'm ur customer since past 19 yrs, right from the time 'Orange' launched in India. Check the activation date of my Vi number. And u give me nothing?

It has been 10 days since outgoing/incoming calls stopped, cant even SMS. After 3 visits to VI shop and many DMs, VI is not able to resove the issue. Standard answer - we didnt find fault @Vodafonein @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea

@Shahj84917449 DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND FRAUD BY VODAFONE @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider Vodafone. Just lies & more lies. Shame on Vi service. Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.
