    @ViCustomerCare One to two months my vodaphone Data not use due to 10-20 kbps speed (this speed is not 4G,3G,nor 2G )Can your provide 2-3 months net pack free . Not .so u cant understand my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @DoT_India I had ported out of Vodafone months back and was to receive the refund. I have received the cheque on 19-March-2021 vide Cheque No. 904327. The Cheque issue date is 19-11-2020 with a validity of 3 Months which makes this cheque void.

    @TRAI please investigate the vi netwrk down btwn 10am and 6pm in Rourkela-769005 and vi says no issue wt ntwk @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
