    Dear @ViCustomerCare..on what basis do you activate the caller tune? I never raised a request for caller tune. Had I done so, I wouldn't have chosen such a song.

    @ViCustomerCare i have lodge many complaint regarding poor net speed, inspite for working on resolution you close all complaint in 2-3days. I never use internet properly 😔 Refund my money else i"ll port out my 9418564343 no.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network coverage is very useless in our village. There is no network till 2G. Please improve the network coverage indoor. You have only one network site in our village which is 1.7 km away. please repair the network 9171950382

    @ViCustomerCare This is second time I am tweeting I have been facing signal issues regularly, and I constantly reporting it on customer care service but none of the issues have been solved her in khammam, if the issue is not solved we have no choice other than shifting network.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recently ported to Vodafone India … since callers are complaining that my phone was off… infact I have two sims using phone … very poor service
