    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.

    @ViCustomerCare rel no. 192142484 need a solution to make postpaid to prepaid being an NRI billed INR500 to INR700 each month for zero usage.

    “5 days passed after ordering Vi SIM online. Even after complaint and 72-hour assurance, still no delivery, no update, no response. Very poor customer service and complete waste of customer time. Please solve this immediately @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.
