@ViCustomerCare Without giving any prior notice Vi just stopped giving unlimited data (12-6am). Recharged with ₹699 muktomonjhe times which gives 4GB/day for 84 days (price before price hike). Please resolve my issue with outmost urgency as I'm not getting data from 12am-6am.

@ViCustomerCare Need to give up now !! Nothing can be done. Your network is not available in Qatar, even vodafane is available in qatar and vi is idea and vodafone. But airtel is alone serving better. I made a mistake before i was using airtel. @airtelindia please help

@ViCustomerCare I will leave VI once my existing plans ends. Thinking about porting my number to jio. At least they have much better network and internet than yours. I am a customer of your for 1 year and my experience is extremely worst. Slow internet, 2G coverage at unknown location etc.

@ViCustomerCare I had registered a complaint...u said wil take 3 days to solve...I was horrified..cant live without data for 3 days..now u r saying it will take 7 days...assure you I shall migrate to another network..my problem should have been solved within 24 hours.

@ViCustomerCare Poor service experience. 5 calls in the last week asking what the issue is but no resolution at all. Just keep getting a response that its being forwarded for further investigation. Also why do you close complaints without resolving issues? @DoT_India @TraiIndia
