    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am struggling with issue of outgoing sms not being delivered since my last recharge. I have logged complaints with id #MNG-V00911649052 and #MNG-00910326438. It is still not resolved and resolution ETA is after 6 days. Can this be fixed on priority please ?

    @ViCustomerCare everyday facing same issue around 9 pm my mobile data automatically turn off while working in office. complaint earlier many time but no solution

    @ViCustomerCare Kudos! @ViCustomerCare social media team solved the issue in A day; which normal Vodafone Customer care call team has been smashing around for days by transferring the calls.

    @ViCustomerCare I will port all 5 numbers, if this the pathetic cs I receive, I have been a customer for more than 15 years now, so I think you need to take this seriously, and request you to take an action against her and deliver my sim asap.
