    @ViCustomerCare Very rude behavior by the female stuff of VI store Anil Plaza Guwahati. I went for changing the postpaid to prepaid. She hesitated for adjusting the 199 security amount. Talked in a very rude manner

    @ViCustomerCare I an sms received yesterday stating that my current rental plan has been changed. This is totally unacceptable nither I want my current plan to changed nor I’m giving my consent to change it. Please register a complaint to reactivate older plan.

    @ViCustomerCare I am switching to some other service. Too much call drop and sometimes I hear my own voice! Internet is just 4G in theory not in reality
