    @ViCustomerCare (Part 2) now this happens more than 15 times. I have screenshots of it for the same. I emailed the vi customer care, even called customer service and your appellate service. Everyone is giving me same response and no solution. Now here consumer forum is well aware of situation.

    @ViCustomerCare Consumer Forum and my Lawyer have conclude one thing that this is your fault as you aren't able to provide what you say. So ya this means it's your service is faulty. That's why all I'll say is I need my money back. Also if you fail to do this, every proof will be used in court.

    @ViCustomerCare Alright Aliya. Issue is I recharged in month on April for 84 days. Since then your network not only given ke hard time but your customer service is also a failure. Since then they haven't solved me issue. Now issue is very small. My 4G VoLTE shifts to 2G (part 1)
