    Hi @airtelindia I Want To Bring Attention That @ViCustomerCare Vi Is Calling Me That You Have Airtel Postpaid Switch To VI we will reduce Your Bill I Daily Say No In Last 15 Days I Got more than 5 calls So How Airtel Customer Number And Plans Leak ?

    .@ViCustomerCare works far better than its capacity in the rural areas unlike Jio who always trouble customers citing different lame reasons like dense vegetation around the house area etc. Jio's 5g is worse than any 4g network in India. I'm using the primary connection as Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare How can I connect to customer care? I have called @ 198 / 199 but there is only IVR. I want to talk with a representative and not the IVR. So how can I connect to solve my issue? @TRAI please help with basic service validity recharge.

    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++
