  I never expected that switching to Vi would mean losing iMessage and FaceTime. Because of Vi, I have lost both. I barely use WhatsApp. 90 days without iMessage and FaceTime feels like torture. Big lesson learned. Thanks, Vi @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Zero network in my village Paldi Rathod (PIN 382810). Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all. Please check the ground reality!

  After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

  Do not port to VI If u port to Vi, iMessage and FaceTime activation will fail. I lost iMessage and FaceTime the day I switched to Vi. This is a carrier-side issue, not Apple. My suggestion: Stay with #jio if u want iMessage/FaceTime to work without issues. #Vi @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Another copy-paste apology and DM request. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Regulators and Vi need to act in the open, not push customers into private chats.

  @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired today. Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare
