    @ViCustomerCare I have my old prepaid number wherein I had gone to your accredited service center at mapusa to get the SIM changed to micro SIM to suit my new phone. It has been informed to me that there are no new SIM available for old prepaid number.

    I called to vi customer care on 30oct2021 in morning regarding of balance deduction. Call received by your agent(Nisha) she was so rude on call and she did barred my vi number. So please look into the matter and activate my number as soon as possible.  @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Pls escalate this so that the matter gets attention. Vi store says they can't fix, Customer care says over email that they can't fix. Then which is the other channel. Is there another escalation channel, who can fix? Else, please allow me to port.

    @ViCustomerCare i m getting calls from vodafone to make bill payments for the network which is invisible. Many complaints have been made against network is there any action ? If vodadone is not getting payments of bills on time and incurring losses, even we are incurring losses
