Dear @TRAI the customer care number auto disconnects, the app does not have the option to register a complaint and the Nodal Officer phone number is wrong. @ViCustomerCare has no option for registering a complaint from the customer end.

Hello @ViCustomerCare -I think VoWiFi is not working in our locality since last one week. It shows the 'Vi VoWiFi' symbol but call quality similar to non-vo-wifi call. I am using 300 Mbps internet plan. Rest of the website and services doing well except calling. MyNo-9810651431

I raised complaint many times about the network issue but noone contacted me for it's resolution. Network is very bad that if you want to talk to a person, it atleast take 4 5 attempts to make a call. Also, it cuts automatically when you are talking Mb#7408834898 @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare The issue I am facing is speed. My downloading speed doesn't go beyond 100kbps even I have recharged 699 pack of 4G. Signals also sometimes causing problem. Thanks, Shrikant
