    @ViCustomerCare Rohan Kritika society Sihagad road Pune already signal tooo weak worse upon that today absolutely no network. What should we call such services. Yesterday morning Sukhsagar Nagar Katraj no network. Should I report such services to TRAI....?????

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News @VodafoneIdeaIN even after several communications and calls from your team there is no solution and again and again m asked to pay for unsed services, your dumb customer service people dont even understand what they wana convey such stupid people

    When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly”   without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing internet issue since Friday 17th September. Internet users to be running on super high speed earlier supporting 2 devices on hotspot and now suddenly can’t even send 1 liner text message. Customer care told that engineers working on this issue however

    @ViCustomerCare More than one hour no network in P.L Despande garden area. Pune. The reason is no power supply to your tower as genset is not working. Are we paying for such services. Shame shame for such multinational company.
