    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

    @ViCustomerCare you claim to have fastest 4G network in MP…but it doesn’t seem so. Kindly check Pandhurna MP, PIN-480334 except on main roads your network is pathetic in the internal areas even at distance of 500mtr from the nearest tower of Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported out from Vi to other operator and was using postpaid. Now how do I pay my outstanding due? Neither vi app, whatsapp chat nor web recognises the number as vi's and unable to fetch dues! HELP ASAP!
