    @VodafoneIN Customer services have deteriorated after the merger. Simple issues do not get resolved. Promises are given but no one is bothered. Sad about it after using the services for many decades.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea We requested for Porting from postpaid to prepaid on 28 September.On 1 Oct 2020 our postpaid number was deactivated and we used new sim for prepaid and tried reaching 59059 for activation but call is not getting connected and no Network.Visited several time Ghatkopar Store.

    @ViCustomerCare I was not able to call customer care because there is no easy option to reach there on 198. Once I did, they pick up and put my call aside, carried on with their work. I can show you recording if yiu want to. Can I get help here?
