    It’s obnoxious that there is no service if @VodafoneIN in 4 bungalows. Have put many many complaints still no action taken till. It’s been more than year I have requesting them for proper connection. Seems high fine I change my Service provider. It’s been 16 years i stuck we them

    @ViCustomerCare Even senior told it is possible to convert the number into prepaid and there is no process of 120 days Mr ketan was rude he told senior call center executive to convert the number in prepaid if it can be done before 120 days and still refused to convert into prepaid

    @ViCustomerCare So called centre and forwarded complain and was informed go to the store number will get converted into prepaid but received call from mr ketan again said can't convert the number in prepaid before 120 days than again forwarded new complaint to the call centre
