    @DoT_India My number 9716444551, service provider @VodafoneIN , I have issues with data speed and call drop issues with provider and no concrete solutions from them. Whereas they r charging me full Bill amount.

    @VodafoneIN On the contrary when I speak to the 199 representative there such a casual approach about getting number ported to another service provider bu saying just clear the bills and port the number without having any realization that they have failed to give customer service properly.

    @VodafoneIN your network is so pathetic since last 4 days here in Mulund Colony, Mulund West. Not able to make calls, data connection is too bad.. call gets dropped in 1 minute Are you seriously thinking abt ur customers?? Or shall we do MNP #PATHETIC

    @adityapriyant @VodafoneIN This is not what a customer should expect @VodafoneIN . Can you expect your customer to not make switch to other service if we receive such response? I don't think so and that's why many have already moved. But not late to change your service. Time to act!

    @VodafoneIN The vodafone sote situated at Saki Vihar Road, Andheri - East Mumbai - 59 This is mismanaged and the staff here dont know how to talk to their costumers they have a very rude behaviour and Specially the security Guard he is one prick.... Always back answers to every 1

    @VodafoneIN @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar please help us. We have paid thrice wife’s mobile bill but still outgoing calls have been barred... we are suffering for more than 1 month now. Customer care tells us everyday that it’s been rectified but it’s still the same irritating message

    @dhwanildesai1 @VodafoneIN won't let you port without charging exit fees. They don't honour their promise of superior network, but expect us to pay exit fees. RedX plan has been a big scam

Vi started this service on their own on 10th May and I saw the msg today, and now they refuse to give refund telling that you should complain within 24hrs(it happened twice with me)#ConsumerProtection #fraud
