    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI inspite of having validity recharge and bal in account. I am Unable to send SMS. This is new way of increasing ARP per customer. Inspite of having regulatory on them no one is bother to check it. End of the day common people are loosing savings in pandemic

    @ViCustomerCare Maybe you can stop sending useless canned replies on DM and actually read the DM to act upon. Your team have officially communicated to customer from last 15 years that the area (Part of Virar) is no longer covered by #VI.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare palak from VI media team have taken liberty to informed me that VI can’t enhance the network in my area of complain, after 13 year with Vodafone,i have no choice but to port to Jio, Airtel,i feel Palak needs further training to attend the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare you have failed to address customer concern, you have assured that you deal with it,you are charging same line rental for compromise services, now i have no option but to take legal advise to claim the compensation for many important call drop and disconnection.

    Hi @DoT_India I made recharge for 1799 on Mar 1 2022 1 yr subs. After 2 months my Vodafone balance showing -550. When I asked customer care they are saying me to recharge without any reason. Another team saying working on it for more than a month. Please help. @ViCustomerCare
