The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍
