  @9085242993S @ViCustomerCare so called Vi CC 5 times and issue of a simple recharge not resolved. Everytime my phone was cut after saying we're transferring call. On the 5th attempt the customer care agent laughed and told me 'agar aapka call connect nahi hua toh aap kya karloge'

  @ViCustomerCare Three months ago i buy Vi postpaid and with some problem I requested to company to deactivate my sim after requesting many times they said to me that sim is deactivated and i have to pay ₹123 and I agree. And again they call me and tell to pay ₹1000 approx.

  @ViCustomerCare I reside in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. Pincode is 110060. I have filed several complaints regarding network issue. But it is not yet resolved. Pathetic customer support.
