    @ViCustomerCare The person at the store told me to take the prepaid SIM and do the FRC through the Vi App. Now the customer care person is telling me that FRC can only be done through store. Airtel & Jio both have better, seamless processes than this. Now, another trip to the store. Nonsense.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Sometimes the speed is very high with speeds of 2.5 Mbps and latency of about 60-70 but it suddenly stalls to very slow speeds with e over the network speed bar.

    @ViCustomerCare I am complaining about network issue from last 20 days. Vi sending messages without even checking with me whether issue is resolved or not. When I send sms for porting number, everyday Vi team is calling to retain but don’t want to resolve issue.

    @ViCustomerCare do not give false claims of being India's fastest 4G network. I have been facing problems of your network since forever at my farmhouse near Karjat even after having the tower just 2.5 to 3 kms away. Your network sucks

    @ViCustomerCare whole day passed, no action, no reply. You people boast around Regarding customer care services. I have done 3 DMs no reply to that.. no one is enquiring anything.
