    @ViCustomerCare I recently bought in to the VI from @reliancejio and this is a horrible experience. Vi’s customer care is so rude , they don’t Listen to the customer and Blame the customer #stopusingvi

    I had idea fiber in Pune & as i shifted to adjacent bldg, very next block but they told location not under service hence forced to apply for disconnection. That i did in Feb 2020 & after 2.5 years still awaiting refund of my deposit. @ideacellular @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare
