    @VodafoneIN How come your monthly servers are down on Saturday? People standing in queue and waiting for their turn .. staff coming and rudely informing servers are down and it will take long time 2 to 3 hours.. Is this a way any professional organisations work??

    @VodafoneIN I was a Vodafone postpaid customer earlier. Ported out to Airtel couple of months back. Had a huge network issue and internet speed issue with Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare very pathetic service by VI. I used to recharge Rs. 449 for 56 days which offers double data i.e.2GB/day +2 GB/day. Now they have hiked the plan charges and even benefit of double data is also stopped without communicating. Next recharge i am surely port out

    @ViCustomerCare I already contacted the Customer Care previously, I know the drill, you will only ask me to change some settings in my phone and that's it, there is no problem with my device, other service provider's cards work fine in it, you need to improve your signal quality in Kurla west.
