    @ViCustomerCare The concern is already mentioned in first tweet. Why do i have to recharge above 125 to get outgoing SMS ? As simple as that. If it os not the case, Suggest me a recharge pack so i will get outgoing sms service.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls don't assist me . Don't need it . I want VI to grow so that JIO/AIRTEL has some competition always. So pls ... "VAS (paid) to be charged only when Customer opts for it" not the vice versa where VI software deducts money without consent .
