    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    Had takn primevideos anual sbcripn on Nov2025 through my Vodafone ac. I stopd the auto renewal of this on Feb2026. my sbcripn stopd completely whch ideally shud b wrkig till Nov2026 .@MoIB_Official please help. Feel cheated. @VodafoneIN n @PrimeVideo r u readin? Cud u help?

    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.

    @ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.

    TARRIF FOR THE FAMILY PLAN FOR 2 NO.AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAD PAID THE FULL BILL,ONE SIM WAS NEVER ACTIVATED THEN AGAIN APPLIED FOR A NEW NUMBER AND ADDED THE NEW NUMBER TO FAMILY PLAN. NOW THE LATE FEES HAS BEEN CHARGED IN CURRENT BILL.@TRAI @ViCustomerCare
