@ViCustomerCare Hello i have ported my number 9269992222 SIM No= 89910273202031845379 from Airtel to Vi but its been 4hrs network is live on vi and i am not able to activate my number, 59059 is diverting towards 199. Is it my mistake to choose Vi, No support provided.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone has come long way in diluting it's brand image and value it used to have. Worst service in terms of network and customer service. Erratic billing is common with no proper resolution.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI One dreads to get into an issue with one's telecom service provider! Most issues are unsolvable, you pay, you forget and pray you don't get into trouble again. Once I wanted to port my number out, I was denied on the pretext that I was issued a special number on sign up.

Especially these face vultures who provide Broad Band and Mobile services. This is a rampant practice. Random ******** call and say vague **** like 'i am calling from the High court'
