    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News @VodafoneIT And then at 2nd level escalation Mr. Aakrosh picked the phone and showed lot of empathy and said that he will check the same with the concern team and will work very closely to resolve my issue and will call me back once the issue get resolved. Till now, no call...Conti.

    @ViCustomerCare But the only answer I get is that there is more usage in your area and we are doing this. Please tell me that in how many years will this problem be solved? When Internet speed is not coming, then how about unlimited data?

    Never in my life saw such a bad customer service of @ViCustomerCare. They claim to be the fastest for internet speed. First they need to improve their network coverage. Been waiting for resolution from past 2 months. Yet they go on and saying deep indore.

    @NAGRAJTALWAR2 @ViCustomerCare Why vi is deactivating sims ? Same problem happened to me I given a complaint on data issue after 2h they stopped all my services and deactivated. Now we should visit VI store and should pay for them. This is how VI earning. Bad stategy.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to disconnect my connection. I have complained so many times at customer care about call drop and voice cracking issues, but no solution. Also your Vi app does not work every time it shows there is an update and after that update I lose all my profiles.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News @VodafoneIT And the person whom I spoke to was amit and then he transferred my call to 1st level of escalation Pooja (Lady with lot of attitude and were very very rude), who denied to give my details and talked in a very rude manner. I requested her to transfer my call to next level...Conti.

    dear @ViCustomerCare i paid Ra.2500 for 8141235678 sim delivered after 10 days and when i gave my id proof documents and otp for activation, company cancelled my order , please activate this number and sim, this is not a service thia is a one type of cheating
