    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @jyotipratim @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP It is suggested to port out. Vi is the worst network provider. They will not listen. They will not even ask you why you want to port. I’ve already ported to Airtel. I am happy.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely bad customer service and network , I raised a complaint on 6th April and still not resolved . Such a pain in the neck with network and other related issues,I want to port my number to Airtel , but this so called vi is not letting me do what I want to
