    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India The network of your vi gigante creating big problem since 15 days. Always speed of net slowdown after few minute of running. Worst network of india 😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare It's been several days since my complaint was registered. Your team acknowledged that my area is affected by data congestion and assured me the issue would be fixed. However, today's speed test still shows only 0.5 Mbps download, 122 ms ping, and 132 ms jitter. The problem remains unresolved. Please provide a permanent solution or a clear timeline. #Vi

    I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.     Hey .. yesterday i recharged on my number with 349rs..as my sim was not in use since so many days so I recharged but my sim is not showing network..my money was deducted @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Please Note from 23 rd July up to not solve issue should Waiver Charges Pro rate basic . I will not pay when not able to use your service and your Technician not solve issue after complaint.

    Really frustrated with (VI) 😡 Internet barely works, no proper support, and yet the recharge plans are getting more expensive every time. Paying more for worse service is just not acceptable! @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India
