    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India ya the resolution provided is tht we won’t be able to do any thing and it will take long time ! It’s not called a resolution, it’s a general statement from the company. Tht you may just copy and paste to every customer of yours.

    @hnmange @keetliwado @VodafoneIN @TRAI @GujaratPolice Last option, do complain in GRAHK SEVA KENDRA and tell them the complain no. One of my friend did for DOCOMO and after his complain Docomo gave him many offers and resolved his issue in very less time.

    @ViCustomerCare I called customer care for sun replacement for my mother’s no for which I was told that this can’t be delivered. Told him reason for delivery since she can’t move due to Covid and it was a routine service. Looking forward to have a prompt solution

    Hey @ViCustomerCare My internet connectivity is very very bad. Even after a full signal showing on my mobile phone, the network gets lost frequently and the speed is horrible for specific apps like Google Chrome and whatsapp.
