@VodafoneIN There are levels of absurdity you can go to.I opted for an iroamfree 8 day service. 4 out of 8 days it did not work. the argument now is you don't get compensated because yr usage in the twodays was much more than the package price

@VodafoneIN, Now u have hiked the tariff then why don't u remove this minthly validity scheme, u also hiked the tariff from 35₹ to 48₹ this is not correct at all. I'll switch to Jio completely, very poor.

hey @ViCustomerCare , I requested for SIM exchange yesterday and was given new SIM by Vi mini store , which was claimed to be activated within 2 hours. but sadly the SIM is still not activated after 24 hours and the store is closed today due to sunday. Please help.
