@VodafoneIN @DoT_India ya the resolution provided is tht we won’t be able to do any thing and it will take long time ! It’s not called a resolution, it’s a general statement from the company. Tht you may just copy and paste to every customer of yours.

@VodafoneIN Hello I have a simple request . my number 9049000214 needs to be converted from corporate to individual plan. Guess how many mails ands calls I've had to do. 25 mails and. 10 calls. Issue still not resolved 😂 😂 😂. Believe me I am laughing out of frustration

Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI
