    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

    @ViCustomerCare This is a potential hazard as emergency calls cannot get through as well. What if someone lands in trouble and wants to call us? That also won't be possible as incoming gets stopped.

    @ViCustomerCare Why are the recharge plans of 28 days? Why do we need to recharge 13 times in a year of 12 months? I use JioFiber Wifi. Even they provide the service for 30 days.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst reply ..no issues were there on airtel connection but only VI when confirmed with other people who are using VI found same issue .please confirm are u not able to provide services at Jammu and Kashmir ..but ur reply is window dressing ..
