    @VodafoneIN : Hopeless service from Vodafone. First you guys purposefully sell postpaid ,then it's been more than a month for my postpaid to prepaid request and still it's not done. Organized loot it is. Worst experience

    @TRAI Hope you are exist for helping humans I’m fed up with numerous issues & humiliation from @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup . Received more than 60 calls from them & begging for support since a week. I want strict legal action against these inhuman companies. @manojsinhabjp

    @TRAI Vi customer care told that SMS for port allow only after the recharge of minimum value Rs. 128.00, for 1 sms Rs. 128 !!! This is not fair. Kindly take action for for such type of arbitrariness by Vi on customers. Then VI must close their recharge below 128 ! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare hey how come my 299 postpaid plan got shifted to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was only paying 350 per month for my old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your so poor network where data & network is so inconsistent even in a metro city.
