@Idea @idea_cares @VodafoneIN Congratulations on rebranding. Now its time to improve customer service. My outgoing sms issue is still unresolved after 4 months of reporting. SIM Card is changed aa advised, still no luck. Hope rebranding will come up with better service.

@VodafoneIN @Idea As per your assurance I waited till today. But still I am experiencing lot of connection issues. My call was getting disconnected every 15-20 seconds. At a time like this, network issues can cause a heavy loss. hope you understand the urgency of this situation.

@AdvocateMaiti @ViCustomerCare In Vi Prepaid plans No Service Validity means , the plan requires a validity plan ( existing plan/base plan) to run along Rs 999 of vi • Validity 365days ( expiry from your vi account ) • No service validity ( meaning requires a existing base validity plan )
