@dgjlt @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare They closed my complaint in a minute too, and I called 198 to appeal and he was giving me BS which I have mentioned in the thread above. Interestingly, they have so many WhatsApp accounts and registered telemarketing SMS ID.

@ViCustomerCare from morning i am not able to call from vodafone number I called @ mini store they said their is some technical fault as I have recharged of rs.719 on 15 july and vi app says insufficient balance.pls. help.
