  @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , It’s been 71+ hours and my SIM is still not delivered. I’ll be going out of city in the next 1–2 hours for a few days. If it will fail, don’t blame me for not receiving it — this delay is on your end, not mine. Really disappointing service

  @ViCustomerCare Its powered by vi if u check screenshot mail id is of you broadband only there is no one to escalate they are just to poor in service
