Hello @ViCustomerCare Anyway, you increase the recharge rate every month, work in the improvement of some service also, the network does not stay properly, even the talk is not done properly.

@ViCustomerCare What a mess you have put us in? I ported two of our Jio prepaid numbers to Vi postpaid and for no fault of ours, both the numbers are disconnected. Such a horrible experience you are giving to your customers.

File complaint against Vi CEO - MD Ravinder Takkar, let him spend few nights in JAIL. Action also constitutes deficiency of services & unfair trade practices under Consumer Protection Act
