    @ViCustomerCare Today I visited your another centre and they charged 100 rs for sim replacement where as customer care executive said that sim replacement cost is only 50 rs where as in @airtelindia it is only 25 rs

    This is how comman man is felling helpless as no one is taking this issue as serious. @ViCustomerCare team please let me know that how would you not refund a customer amout as while recharging his last two digit has been changed mistakenly? I accept that I made a mistake.
