    @ViCustomerCare I have got a call from your techinical engineer today. He suggested me to change the idea simcard to Vi simcard. Then the network issue won't occur If that is the case then i need to pay 100 rs right. Pls provide me vi sim, free of cost. Or let me port my number

    @ViCustomerCare Changed from post to prepaid. Store charged me 179 and did not give receipt. Now sim is active but 0 balance. You have sent me 8 msgs in 2 hrs, but I still can't use the phone. Your stores are closed. What am I supposed to do now? Have some shame and fix this.

    @jalpadave28 @ViCustomerCare Sis, If you already have an complaint number, Contact Vodafone's appellate authority after 7 days after the complaint has been made And Dm me if you would like to know a trick that might help you with the network issue.
