    @ViCustomerCare I got help from customer care..I called them..then they spoke to retail store representative from my phone and explained them..then retail store person agreed...Looks like she was trying to push for a case to buy new postpaid card rather than replacement prepaid sim for lost sim

    I think only option left with me is take legal action against @ViCustomerCare As my problem is neglected everytime, Just registering complaint is not the solution. They are registering my complaints from last 4 months but I got no results. @TRAI
