    @ViCustomerCare Not a proper Customer service because A very Network issue and data usage problem. And data speed was very week 2G connection and not a proper 4G network.

    @ViCustomerCare exorbitant charges being levied in the name of Value Added Services on my mother's number, without her consent, causing mental harrasment. Credit the balance debited and cancel all VAS or il be forced to port number and file a formal complaint with the authorities
