Amit Saxena (@saxenaamit7404) reported@ViCustomerCare Airtel is the best service provider no doubt. Airtel converted my post paid into prepaid on a single tweet in 10 minutes. Where as VI , after visiting store, they are telling me it will take 24 to 48 hrs. Such a shame Will port to @airtelindia
