  I had bought a new VI SIM, I have not been able to service it even for a day because there is no signal here. When I lodged a complaint, I was told to call the company. My experience with VI is absolutely terrible. @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare 2/ After moving overseas, I discovered my Vi SIMs had no network because International Roaming was not active. Without network, I couldn't receive OTPs, banking messages, or important calls.

  Hello vi care we are unable to use stable vi internet connection . 1 min internet accha hota h 1min bilkul koi msg send tak nhi hota hai baar bar flight mode lgana padta h har 2 min m .. recharge unlimited ka hai but what about service unlimited chale bhi to @ViCustomerCare

  Hello @ViCustomerCare It's been 4 months since I reported serious network issues, but there's still no resolution despite multiple complaints. I keep getting assurances while the problem continues. Please provide a permanent fix instead of repeatedly closing complaints.

  @ViCustomerCare Now vi deducting data without use. I used earlier plans of 1.5gb per day data and never end. Now i am using 2gb per day plan and couldn't longer a day.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare the VI network is still down in B.D. Patil Marg, Gavan Pada, Chembur, Mumbai-400074. It's been over 2 days of repeated outages, and there is still no network. Calls and mobile data are not working. Please resolve this issue immediately.
