    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care I hv ever seen just to inform me that my esim can’t be shifted to other phone these people took 2 days even customer care doesn’t hv any knowledge of it pathetic service with pathetic network waiting for 90 days to switch over

    @ViCustomerCare First improve your service/Network, very worst 4g indoor coverage and no Vowifi. Calls get connected via 2g, no volte in 5g era. Not compatible with iPhone. Then how you can expect customers to enjoy your calls or data.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI If 4G signal is not available, then there is no value of giving unlimited internet from 12AM - 6AM just waste of time and money.
