@ViCustomerCare Very frustrating experience. Raised multiple complaints related to network coverage,but #VI closed it with fake resolution. Starting from Customer care agent to network team everyone is lying.I called 198 multiple times and raised my issue related to my complaint.

@ViCustomerCare i just missed the due date by few days, u guys started with the pre-recorded voice for to pay the bill??? And what if there is a emergency, will be paying the bill by 20th, as I m travelling that's y could not pay, request you to removed the pre-recorded voice

@ViCustomerCare Mr. Chetan noted my complaint against the forcefull payment via monetary balance for Sim replacement. With respect to my complaint I received the the call from Mr Suraj, who informed that they do not accept cash or digital payment for Sim replacement and denied to share email.

What a absolute nightmare interacting with @ViCustomerCare. A simple sim replacement request gone wrong. They blocked my current number to issue a new one and can’t get a new one processed until my latest contact details are updated in their system. Been a week now @DoT_India
