    @ViCustomerCare are being shameless. Without solving complain they are closing complain. Again and again and again. After registering more than 10 complaint in last 6 month there is no resolution or any kind of improvement. They are not working at all.

    Pathetic experience on Vi Customer care waiting time is very long. When picked their seniors are unavailable and ask to call later. No response to yesterday tweet of wrong recharge problem. @ViCustomerCare

    Life was good when I was using "Idea" then suddenly this "Vi" @ViCustomerCare came Worst network, Slow internet speed, good for nothing data plans, & On top of it, ghost data deductions, I had complained about in their Dm also but still no response.
