@ViCustomerCare I made recharge of my mobile number 9313006697. I Selected plan 1799 for 1 yr. Made payment through HDFC Credit Card. Amount deducted Rs 2899. Account recharged under plan 2899. This is not JUSTIFIED.Please activate plan 1799 and issue refund Rs 1100.

@ViCustomerCare Its been two weeks now, still no resolution. Two years since I ported, you call me and tell that the cheque didn’t reach me…LOL, was it even issued in the first place? Nways, I have decided to port all my remaining mobile numbers out, don’t need your service anymore.

Extremely bad call quality and it's getting terrible with every passing day. @ViCustomerCare do we pay for just to tell our friends, "Let me call you on WhatsApp"? @DoT_India, you still monitoring call quality of the mobile carriers?
