    Vodafone customer misguide me on ESIM process. I want to physical prepaid sim to Esim and before recharge they told complete process of prepaid Esim but after recharge they told prepaid sim is not process in Esim. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare SHOCKED & DISAPPOINTED: Just called Customer Care as I noticed 3 FRAUD calls made from my sim to Indonesia (I don't know anyone there, live alone, no one else could have used my phone) But they keep INSISTING that I have made the calls BY MISTAKE!?!... Pls HELP!

    @ViCustomerCare Have already done that Shweta - waiting for a resolution now - looking fwd to speaking to soomeone who will not keep accusing me of making those fraud calls just becos 'the system is showing them' on my sim!

    @ViCustomerCare Remember a business tip: The entire image of your company depends on the guys who is interacting with the customers at the customer end point, not your VPs / MD. May be your management has forgotten it. Just 30% dilution and you guys are behaving like govt. Depts. @ViCustomerCare

    @Airtel_Presence I'm facing serious problem with your network since Friday. My IP request is getting timeout on your network "ONLY". Trace route showed timeout at airtel network. If problem persist and not resolved on time then I have to move to @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ananya_birla @TRAI We recharged with rs 479 and rs 719 by your vi app recommend recharge option and it shows 2gb/day for 56 days and 84days respectively..but got only 1.5gb/day data plan.this is not the right way to treat your customer.2days gone no solution yet
