    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi

    @ViCustomerCare No even 4g in Coimbatore, kinathudavu west region. For past six years,tired of getting reply of network upgration. Worst network

    I called 198 @ViCustomerCare to report the network issues.However, instead of assuring me that the problem would be resolved,the customer care representative simply told me“You can port your number.”As a customer, such an irresponsible response is truly surprising & disappointing

    Been to YAMNOTRI on 26 May 26. Great footfall, but no service 1. Toilets are very bad (Not in useful conditions) 2. No mobile network (@ViCustomerCare should take this initiative for network & branding here, coz there is no VI network in mountains) @AdityaBirlaGrp @AnanyaBirlaX)

    @ViCustomerCare How am I expected to access help section if you have no connectivity? Why should it resurface in Guruvayur, Kerala? Noted @JharkhandCMO apparent patronage/disruptive uncivil networks - SBG-816109 stalker-harasser networks also steal!

    @ViCustomerCare my vi sim is not working due to non usages. But validity just ended on 24th May 26. I am at Vi store. They are saying to port some other number to Vi postpaid. Then i it will be replace. Please help
