@ViCustomerCare my sim card blocked without my knowledge when i call to customer care they dined to help and very rude to me.the of CSA ankit rathode is very abusive and rude .he waited me likely 1 hour to spoke supervisor. I just MNP my sim from airtel to vi 2 days ago.

@ViCustomerCare Dec 14th @ViCustomerCare said that the tat is 5 working days. Today is 27th Dec, their 5 working days is still not over as I am yet to get a confirmation if the problem is resolved or not. Vodafone customer care is NON-EXISTENT
