@ViCustomerCare There is no point. You guys are not willing to help. Every day a new staff ask the same set of questions but no one really tries to help. I have learned my lesson. Never buy @vodafone for self or family. I will ask friends to stay away from @vodafone well. Going to port out soon.

Hello @ViCustomerCare, with this shoddy network you guys shouldn’t be charging more than #airtel & #Jio for unlimited packs. Unreasonably pricing by @ViCustomerCare, @ViBusinessIndia. Worst thing is you guys doesn’t even let customers port out from your network peacefully.

@ViCustomerCare You can't. Idea merger has killed the qualities Vodafone has. 2nd largest operators killed itself . It is been 3 years and situation is still same. No improvement in network or speed is still 20kbps. @JioCare port all my Vodafone number to jio even the Redx connection as well.
