  @ViCustomerCare Unacceptable service delay. Ordered SIM on 14th Aug (Order ID: DCHD14082610522). Promised delivery Tuesday evening, rescheduled to Wed morning, then told it's on "priority." Still not delivered. Need an immediate status update from the local executive.

  Very urgent complaint Vi International Roaming in China. A senior citizen is currently in China and has already recharged an International Roaming pack, but the Vi network is not working. The user is unable to manually select/connect to a Vi partner network, @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare what is the VI policy that postpaid can't be converted during the month and going round and round at VI Prabhadevi center, is this way VI treat customers, why should I pay for 20 days bills to VI due to their internal policy
