Worst service in my area. Lodged a complaint month ago that was solved in 3 days, that same problem happened again and this time customer representative said we are sorry. Spending 700-800 to hear ''we are sorry" !!? @ViCustomerCare My plan ends this month and it's time to change

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to get proper and uninterrupted internet for the past few days. Nobody to help me. Is this what you charge for ? Isn’t it deficiency in service on your part ? Why so poor internet service and call drop ?
