    @ViCustomerCare why shld I pay the chargs even if I dont use the number. Paid amount through your agent to secure number but it's still asking me to pay more. Frustrated by your service. Worst I say. if u don't value ur user, they'll move to other. God has to save you ppl 🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Its almost 12 hrs, no response, it still isnt working. My entire team is using VI network and its not working on hotspots of anyone of them. We need urgent response and resolution, else we all are planning to migrate from VI to alternate operators with immediate effect
