@ViCustomerCare still volte problem is not solved, whenever I’m placing a call the network switches to 2G and then the class is placed it even takes alot of time for the call to connect. @ViCustomerCare please assist ASAP thinking to port back to @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare Your executive named sajendra somthing call me and jst tell your company policy and plans listen to me then said sir we cant help you out and when i was speaking she cut the call and a message came to me that my issue is resolved. Is this the way you resolve the issues.

@ViCustomerCare I have been having an issue. Everytime i sent a SMS my network drops then comes to 2g then to 4g. Why this issue ? I can show this over a video too.

@ViCustomerCare The number of calls I have received today from you’ll is phenomenal! All cause I was trying to port my number….. When I kept telling your customer care to ask someone to speak to me in English not once did they do that…. Seriously! Please stop calling me!
