    @ViCustomerCare I had Post paid 9702249434, switched to Prepaid on 27 Feb settled dues, custcare called and assured spl plan, then backed out, then Prepaid activated 3rd March. I still receive a bill for postpaid. 199 can't help. Whom to contact.

    @ViCustomerCare i was using your sim since last 4-5 months but from January i stopped using the sim but still the bill was generated without my knowledge and now the company is asking me to pay for service which is didn't even use. these are very pathetic polices from you.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI dear voda phone I am surprised to know that I have raise network complaint and remarks would be shared that the network I am using is extremely good my earlier complaint number is C003-10232341471 as per your Customer care complaint is resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare hello VI .. I am experiencing the worst network problem in my area and also my nearby areas .. unable to connect internet , can’t connect calls, no proper incoming .. people are porting in different network even I am going to port so please check this out.UP
