    @ViCustomerCare I have checked and replied. My issue is still not resolved. I am getting calls to change my current plan. Please consider this as a request and don’t try to sale same plan multiple times to the genuine customers which he/she already refused yo buy several times

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team i am getting again same problem with my old number i went to VI store multiple times to port my sim postpaid to prepaid you guys sending the request and nothing is happening i already got penalised for 100₹ and this month also they are telling me same

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, in the name of KYC your staff (Neha) tried to force me to convert my 15-year prepaid number to postpaid.I spent ~30 mins, was charged ₹60, and now my request is rejected. Is this how you treat loyal customers of 15+ years? Still waiting for a resolution.
