    @ViCustomerCare your operator said resolution given and not solving my problem at all. This may my recharge is ending which will be last for my VI connection. 198 operator even refused to take complaint again even as issue still not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Have filed Complaint on March 22 . Issue hasn’t been resolved even after consistent follow-ups. It has been more than 11 days. Absolutely pathetic service. .@ViBusinessIndia Jaldi se theek kar network .sala har mahine recharge ka paisa waste hota hai .

    @ViCustomerCare yestrdy i have done recharge on my Nani's no. & still whenever I am calling it says no calls aren't allowed or smthing like that what is this?? i haven't talked to my Nani since yesterday because of this Resolve the issue since your customer care no. is useless
