  @ViCustomerCare Hi, I was a customer of Vodafone for the past 14 yrs bearing my mob No. 98743 88240. At last I was using the VI postpaid plan of ₹399 but due to some problems I decided to port out of VI to Jio on 08.01.2020. I was made a lot of promises to cancel the porting.

  @ViCustomerCare everyday facing same issue around 9 pm my mobile data automatically turn off while working in office. complaint earlier many time but no solution
