@ViCustomerCare Hi, how do you allow the recharge to be done on a blocked number. Earlier I lost my phone and blocked a Vi number. Today, by mistake I recharged that number and it was done. This isn't how it should be such a pathetic policy. Please help me.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @ViNewsOfficial Using VI in 2025 feels like using 2G in a 5G world. Calls drop, data crawls, and frustration rises. Stop wasting money on a dying network. Port to Jio or Airtel for a better experience before it's too late. Don't use vi network 👎
