I request @TRAI to take not of my complaint tht last several days I’m facing severe network problem, slow speed almost worst thn 2G service, but all I get from @VodafoneIN is shallow assurance and keep sending me DMs for my details and do nothing to restore proper service.

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Vi has huge spectrum dues... question: is spectrum dues a fix amount or a variable proportionate to number of subscribers? Jio & AT has major market share so they must pay more dues and so Vi's spectrum dues must be right off

@ViCustomerCare Bought a new sim yesterday, was told on IVR about activation in 15 minutes. Still no updates after 15 hours and IVR goes on about your offers instead of any useful info. Plus your customer care numbers hang up after greeting.
