    @ViCustomerCare For Ur information,I am your old customer with another Ideas number of mine,which I have DMed, in my name. If verification of identity is a issue,as Ur SMS suugests(twice rejected),cant you check my credentials from documents of that number of mine? What kind of service is this?

    @ViCustomerCare same issue and i am still getting billed by vodafone on my cancelled discontinued number even after clearing all due. fraud on restarting a dead number and billing me! why should I pay
