    @Airtel_Presence i have gotten real & multiple first hand reviews of your shrewd business tactics & have faced bad customer support myself in the past, my sim initially was airtel itself & had to port out now, i have chosen @ViCustomerCare I am hopeful I'll have a better experience

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is the condition of so called "best" network of India. There is no 4G network since 4-5 days. And the customer support doesn't even care to see or reply to my DM. Worst customer service, worst network. Time to port out

    @ViCustomerCare Done MNP to Vi but sim not activated till now.Received msg yesterday that Vi sim activated but no network till now. Please do the needful ASAP.
