@ViCustomerCare I just did a data pack recharge on my wife's number. 30 minutes later this recharge is still not reflecting in her account. Even after increasing charges your service remains superbly poor. And your Customer call numbers are automated to uselessness. Response?

@ViCustomerCare please give validity when we recharge our Talktime. Else there is no point of staying in Vodafone/Idea. Already alot of poorer sections of the society and those who don't use internet have dropped Vi cz of such issues.

@ViCustomerCare Not getting enough signal .. Intermittently 4G signal goes off and ON. Mostly it appears as E or H only. We are in 4-5G not edge or 3g. Please check complaint no. MNG-V00715145007.

They make arguments like it's the lowest tariff plan what they are offering in world. But What Kind Of Service They are Providing for that they should also compare the 4G speeds with the World Standards. 4G and speeds in Some Kbps. @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
