@ViCustomerCare We have poorest network in village Majhra Atariya, block Saidnagar, District Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. All teachers and students are unable to work online during this COVID time. Requesting to resolve this network problem here. Hoping for quick action.

@ViCustomerCare voda has made no plan for sms users and looted customers since beginning. It will be shut down in a year or two. if VODA wants to survive, they will have to start mini recharge for survival.I m going to MNP from voda to jio. Bye

@ViCustomerCare Difficult to hold anymore. Given enough opportunity to resolve my issue. No one is taking seriously our problem. Always getting call once from someone from customer care later no one is calling to confirm whether issue is resolved or not. Ridicules!!!!!!!!

@ViCustomerCare That is why Vi is in loss, Because whole team of Vi customer care is lost somewhere, they don't know what they are doing, what is the case, what was the complaint from customer and for what Vi is doing follow up... feeling sorry for Vi business handling.
