    @ViCustomerCare Shutdown 3G and become number 1 network in India. 3G killing Vi like slow poison. Cheapest smartphone in India is 4G compatible and L900 technology will improve indoor network coverage-The reason why people are porting out of Vi #shutdown_3G and Save Vi

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia apparently according to your customer care executive my sim has been damaged on its own in the handset and I should get a new sim issued. Tell me how should I get a new sim in this lockdown with no centres open.

    My number suddenly stopped working @ViCustomerCare and I am not able to contact your customer care through phone because there is no option available to talk to customer care executive. I have facing inconvenience, couldn't go to customer care centre as well. Pathetic services.

    @TRAI Dear Sir I would like complaints about Vi. I am recharging international roaming pack. Almost last 3 months continue they take money and not active pack on. I complaint about them. But there is no action by @ViCustomerCare @rsprasad
