    @Sarkar26948 And as I’m working from home , I could not call my clients and use internet. Now I’m depending on my neighbor for internet connection. My outgoing calls are not blocked and this is a serious issue. They are so irresponsible and doesn’t care @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Exact problem : not receiving any calls other than from Vodafone numbers. 2 signal bars visible . 3G/4G seen on handset. Issue occurring since last 3 days from around 6th June.

    @ViCustomerCare How can Vi activate VAS & deduct chrgs without request/confirmed by user? Its repeating issue 4 which I hav to call cstmr care & inform(even after blacklisting).Stop stealing away user's money.Ppl in rural area might not b aware dey r loosing balance like this.

    @ViCustomerCare We are yet to receive information on corrected bill of may 2021. We have consumed data was 43.51 GB out of 44.9 GB available (20GB of May 2021+24.9GB carry forward of April 2021). How come you guys threaten your customer for your mistakes. @TRAI @rsprasad
