    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @Mysterydealz @ViCustomerCare is the most useless telecom service provider in India , if you recharge this brands number you are simply wasting your money

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience got a new postpaid sim. Not getting any network. Dealer replaced the sim today still same problem. How can I do televerification if new sim is not connecting to the network #worstexperience

    @ViCustomerCare I’m again facing problems while making calls from my Vi ESIM … it was solved and I was able to make calls for a week and the problem as came back. PLS Make sure this doesn’t happen again.

    @ViCustomerCare Just got a call from VI team, were saying that you have to face the problem, and cannot do any improvement, and disconnected the call. This is your services!!!!? I have call recording. I want a solution, otherwise stop the services.

    @ViCustomerCare @fafat_karan You guys always deduct my balance for no reason. This time ₹25 gone for some stupid service that I never subscribed. I'm really tired of it now. Refund my balance asap and make sure it never happens again.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vi service provider has finally migrated my SIM to POSTPAID. The SIM was deactive since 04/12/2021. Thanks, however request to kindly update the account with the 2 months rental & unbilled amount reversals. Also need update for the Call / Data Network issue.
