Only playing jio tunes for more than 1 hour. Even to know about the plan before being a customer,i waited this much. If I become a customer , I think how much time they take for support. Worst service @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare No improvement, I recharged my VI no. after 6 months, because I thought there is Some improvements in Data speed but No improvement even after 6 months only deterioration, For 6 months I Used Airtel which is much better than bigger network than VI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare Evry few mnths I had to raise complaint to fix my NW & Data issues. When I dial some1 my data disappears until the call is end. My callers complain about my number being unreachable. Pls fix this ASAP and permanently.
