    @ViCustomerCare This is not right excuse before you say your complaint dated 28 Nov '21 8:34 PM with reference number MUM-V00724461550. We’ll find a resolution till 01 Dec '21 6:00 PM. Now why still same issue

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I suppose Vi Mumbai needs to stop fooling the customers and pretending to resolve customer complaints. Requesting TRAI to intervene into the said issue for a immediate resolution since my Postpaid us deactivated since 04 Dec 2021 without my consent.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi I am a prepaid user of Vi. I did my periodic recharge 2 days back but my number is showing error of Not Registered on Network. Please check as I am facing a lot of difficulty and ur app also doesn't have any options to fix. I m sending u my number by DM
