    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare I will file a consumer complaint against you . I ported My network to VI 4g today and what I got is disappointment . You charged for 4G speed and I am receiving signals of H+ ( 3G ) with 20 KBps speed . Please refund my Money.

    @ViCustomerCare My complaint is still pending. I have Escalated 4 times in last 2 months but you are closing my cases without any proper resolution. If I am not getting 4G speeds and facing frequent call drops, why are you charging me at 4G rates??? @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare 1/n I have already done that previously. Check your inbox. Seriously stop doing this cheap tricks of earning. #vodafoneidea @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare . And one more issue is that what my sister contact customer representative, don't know what happened but there were others.

    @ViCustomerCare I already raised a complaint in my last conversation with customer care for the same giving them area details as well but @ViCustomerCare is too arrogant to accept the fact and improve the network.
