    Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

    @ViCustomerCare it says “sim card crash, contact customer care” . All off a sudden i am seeign this error, the sim Was working all fine till 1st Aug

    Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.

    @ViCustomerCare This is pathetic Customer Service, instead of focusing on resolving the issue and delivering my New SIM, your social media team calls me 3 times and tells me that I need to wait for another 24 Hrs as their TAT is 72 Hrs. @KumarMBirla

    @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

    @n_bangre @ViCustomerCare May be u r under tower. I don't have any network without prior notice they disabled sim. I am not getting any otp for transactions. This is creating lost in faith with VI network, why I did not change my network yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no resolution from @ViCustomerCare. My internet remains extremely slow despite reporting the issue yesterday. This level of service is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. #Vi #NetworkIssue #PoorService
