    Repost for better reach. Terrible experience from @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Your customer support executive are so rude and they can disconnect the call from their end. I am seeing this level of pathetic customer service for the first time from any company.

    @ViCustomerCare I m surprised n amused by @ViCustomerCare 's strategy. They reply to DMs quickly for sure, but asking questions in repeat mode to not acknowledge the issue and also not keep the request open. And changing SPOC to make sure the customer has to repeat same points again n again.
