    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi family my friend is using Vi and he is in Dubai, There is network problem from last 2 or 3 days. He is saying that network is not showing in network section, tried sim in others phone, still same problem. Plz solve the issues. His name is Harilal.

    @ViCustomerCare What a beggar company! Have been VI customer for past 18 years. But now started deducting balance from my account at least 5 times in last two days for some service which I haven’t event subscribed.

    I would like to draw attention of @ViCustomerCare towards the network quality in village kaitha urf tadiya, mughalsarai , Chandauli, UP . We are sufering from low data speed as well as poor calling experience . Therefore , i request to solve our problem as soon as possible .

    @ViCustomerCare I was always pissed of with your service. And after you took down double data offer, there was no option left me to move on to another provider. But I didn't. Idk why..! I am using 1.5 gb data plan, earlier I used to use 2Gb plan with double data for 799.

    In last 16 days I have called @ViCustomerCare more than 50 times and I had used the 'please' and 'humble request' more than 50-100 times respectively. And I gurantee of these data don't match then I will take back my complain, but even after requesting so much my issue remain sam
