    Hi @ViCustomerCare , I am trying to reach out via different modes and still not able to connect with an agent. Your AI and what's app support is stupid. I have no network on my phone and they are keep sending me otp on my number. How will I get otp if network is zero

    @jagograhakjago The amount is credited on one account after 19 days of the account being debited and raising a complaint. They @ViCustomerCare weren’t even aware that the payment was done. Now they want us to make additional payment for a mistake at their end and the service is also discontinued

    This is the worst customer service ever @ViCustomerCare bill paid for 2 numbers within the due date, they screw up and the app shows bill overdue. After raising the complaint the amount is credited to one number and the other number is disconnected.

    What kind of network service do you provide @ViCustomerCare, been 48 hours I'm getting no network in a tier 1 city, I cannot think of what tier 2 and tier 3 city customers would be facing. I missed my amazon order also as I was at work and delivery partner could not contact me.

Doesn't a valued customer who's going through major stress as all his work is on standstill due to you falsely disconnecting the line, Deserve to be called & sort the problem for him?
