  I buy new sim card of VI and worst experience don't buy VI sim card i call 5 times this day on 199 but no solution they said our system is close call us later and now after 1 hour i call IVR said our agent are busy pls call us later this is happening for an hour @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP
