@ViCustomerCare Guys do you think no network on a working day for 40mins is a very favourable customer experience. This is in Bhubaneswar location. From 4pm to 4.40pm on 12th March, 2021 we experienced no network on the handset.

Everyday reply to the mail use to come in 1-2 hours, today I written humble request so after a day also there is no response from @ViCustomerCare and @ViBusinessIndia on my mail and They have Slogan of "Happy to Help". I remember English Govt Stories now.

@LangaMahesh @ViCustomerCare Still using Vi. Actually they were in such a free fall in terms of service and customer care that they even their i of Idea got reversed.
