So asked them to cancel the order. @ViCustomerCare doesn't have similar offers for walk-in customers which is discriminatory and they can't even fulfill the online orders in time. Their teams didn't seem excited to resolve the issue and onboard a new customer.

My father after switching to Airtel from Vi was really disappointed from Airtel. Finally today, i got his sim ported back into Vi. He doesn't use 5G because of WiFi, so Vi was the best choice for him. Because we don't want to blindly support Jio and Airtel. @ViCustomerCare

There’s a leakage in your network. It’s likely hacked because my data is depleting when I am not using it for any videos or even not watching much social media feed with photo or video, but only text. Also, the network availability is infrequent @ViCustomerCare
