@ViCustomerCare so again Vi has replied with the same callous approach of not even understanding the nature of the issue. Absolutely pathetic customer service! No wonder there is so much grievances aired! Is someone even listening to customers… I wonder!!!!

@ViCustomerCare You guys have a super strange customer service pattern. Raised the complaint on DND , GOT a sms that issue is resolved. When called to check what's the resolution I was told the complaint was closed to incomplete info. When asked what extra info was needed 1/2

@ViCustomerCare Simply share exact timeframe of resolution. If it doesn't fix by 30th May 2022 as promised, I'll be switching my 15 years old 6 Vodafone (Hutchison Essar/Vi Idea/Hutch) numbers. Indoor coverage has become worsen in the last two weeks. I'm sure you have dismantled a tower near me.

@ViCustomerCare Seriously, sending one on one complain is not helping. Based on shared info, activated international roaming pack and recharge with 500 rs but still no network even tried manually to latch network Check inbox and help at the earliest so that i can use my number
