  @ViCustomerCare I have been informed to use AT&T 4G for data and T mobile 2G for voice call , switching between the two , is a problem. I will not recommend VI IR pack to any one.

  Any one at @ViCustomerCare care for the customer?? I'd visited your Rohini Sector-7, Delhi-110085 Vi Store three days back that I am unable to recharge my number but till now no resolution given. Time given to resolve the issue was 24 hours.

  @ViCustomerCare No internet No calls are getting connected on time. The true feedback is @ViCustomerCare is worst network provider in Bangalore.

  @ViCustomerCare I ordered a new SIM card online (postpaid), number was activated on 1st Sep & got suspended by 9th Sep, trying for the last 5 days to reactivate the number, spoke to numerous customer care executive & seniors. Visited VI store twice. All are helpless. #SHUTDOWN

  @ViCustomerCare 5 days the SIM worked just fine. Until suddenly I noticed that my network is no more available. Upon discovering, the customer support team told me that my address verification failed and hence they had to suspend my services. This was 25 days ago.

  @ViCustomerCare Absolutely disgusting service by VI.. it's been 2 months but still my dongle problem remains unsolved. Each time a customer service representative calls and says pls call single customer care, pls visit VI branch, pls do this that etc..3rd class company
