@ViCustomerCare Post the call from customer care on 10 Aug, I was told the prepaid network would get activated in 2 hours but I am waiting. Today finally I got a call from your social media team that I would need to visit the store once again which I can't as I am out of station

@shank5459 @TRAI @ViCustomerCare These are 9905685814 / 9162971839 numbers who claim to be Vodafone Customer Care and checks MOM's number whether it is active or not and then call to Customer care for Closing no. with Handset lost reason.
