Dear @ViCustomerCare I didn’t have mobile network from September 11th to October 31st because your staff crashed my sim while I was in rural USA. Now you are asking me to pay the charges for those months. How is that fair, let alone customer care? @VodafoneBiz @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare i haven't received any solution of my complaint till date I'm facing the same network issue and last 4days are remaining of my pack after that I'm gonna port in jio so you've left 4days to solve my issue or else u will loose your 8 vi users in my family in one go.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, someone called and tried to convince me that the ₹1000/- I paid is not enough to cover ₹60 + ₹470. And that I have to pay the bill. My bill shows -467.92. I would like to escalate this issue. Also, I don’t mind paying for a maths class for the agent who called me.

@ViCustomerCare It's the same thing everyday, everytime I provide but the resolution is zero so what's the bloody use to share the information with you. Sorry don't want to share the same. Beside i am now not interested to go for data services with Vodafone will use my jio for the same
