    @ViCustomerCare i just done recharge of 95 on my fathers number from VI app..Money deducted from my card and recharge not done.tried customer care number they not had any details on it..I had deduction details bt what should I do now..CC not responding on problem

    Guys, if you are having any internet issue with @ViCustomerCare then just port your no simply their customer care and technical teams doesn't know anything to resolve your net issue.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you have any good prepaid offer for newly port customers

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Vi has guaranteed for delivering of the sim on the day of booking itself but its been more than 3 days over after booking. Till now its not delivered or the agent tried contacting me. Is this the kind of service which you are offering to customer?

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is very bad after raising multiple complaints as well ..it looks like u guys don’t care ...With recent experience of two odd months very soon I will switch to Jio or Airtel ..I have been with u all for last 10 years post paid customer
