    @ViCustomerCare I still have not received any call from Vi. my sister (a blood relative of a cardholder) had to go to a different store and again they explained different procedure which will take around 10 days. seriously the service you are providing is pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago Now Vodafone manager threatens me that we need payment today otherwise the situation will be worst for me. This is how this company works and bribe paid by company won’t allow officers to take any action against them. Really a shameful act
